Be proud of the fact that you must have ability as a dancer.

They dont offer dancing jobs to every skinny girl in town. You have to have dancing ability before you get offered a job.

I can understand that you feel that you need to lose weight to do it - but think about this - you can lose 10 pounds a lot quicker than someone without talent could learn how to dance.

Nice photos! - it looks like you had a fun night out there.

I had a bad day again yesterday. Had those cals I've put there which was fine but then got roped into going clubbing and had about 10 brandy an cokes an about 4 jagers. Bad times!

The tricky part will be sticking to my diet today, when I'm hungover I have a tendency to crave McDonaldses and Burger Kings.. hmmm

Well I had a really big chicken dinner but I'm going for a 4 mile walk with my pal now to burn some calories!

Felt really full and fat - the worst time to weigh yourself definitely, but I did anyway and I'm 2 lbs heavier than the last time I weighed myself (about 2 weeks ago)

Thought I'd lost a pound or 2 or at least stayed the same but I've gained :(

I'm gonna weigh myself again in a few days and see what I am then..

I am sorry that you had a couple of bad days after I last visited - but you seem to have got back on track and had a few good days since then. Well done! :hurray:

Dont worry too much about a little weight gain. We all wiggle up and down - some of us see that because we weigh every day. You are not really supposed to but some of us are born rebels. I post my most recent 14 days of weighing every day on the weigh every day club so next time your weight wiggles up - have a look there. You will see that it happens to everyone.

I am sorry that you have sore legs - but it is good that you are continuing to do your exercise. It really is vital in our weightloss efforts.

I'm just sticking with it now, if I gain a little I'll just get right back on it. I know it's gonna take a while so I'll just have to bear with it.

Just maintain your focus and your dreams will come true. All it needs is a healthy balanced diet which is at the right calorie level and regular exercise.

Went with my pal to skydive today - I went for support, I'm way too scared of heights for that!!

For some reason I couldn't sleep last night so I have now been awake 31 hours and something minutes - eek

Been tired and felt awful all day.. waited around in the freezing cold for 7 hours hoping the wind would die down so they could do the parachute jump, only to end up going home without them doing it.

Bit of a bad day! Gonna try and get an early night tonight.

Ate quite a bit just because I was so energy-less and tired plus we had nothing to do waiting around so ate through boredom.
