:) New Diary !Lets MOTIVATE each other!!

Right could someone explain this to me.?
I lost a pound .. and I only did the bare minimum of exercising (for the challenge) and ate well.. better than before but still kind of bad.
And for a week I was really really strict exercised a lot and gained weight... huff puff :D
I haven't made a proper diary post for a while so sorry about that, just been a bit busy. (I haven't but that is my excuse lol)
I must say I discovered a weird thing that goes together.. Cinnamon pancake dipped in sweet 'n' sour sauce xD
 
I don't want to be a downer here, but it took me 21 days of eating at a 1000 calorie deficit and some exercise to even start seeing the numbers drop... and that was because I added more intense (and high impact, sadly) exercise. :willy_nilly:

It may take a while... But consistency is the key. Now, for intensity of exercise, if you can choose between low impact or high impact with the same intensity, definitively go for low impact.

Comments on the workouts (date/time, how I felt before, during, after):
1.I started with something I know so it isn't too hard but I am going to have to delay the whole thing because between work, studying and sleeping I can't get it in. lol
2. I could hardly finish this one.. it was really weird. Off to have a shower :)
3. Okay I tried the 45 minute one... I only did 20 minutes! It is so hard and I just look at my belly and get very demotivated cause the girls abs are amazing :(
I hope I get better at this soon.
4.Did the belly fat workout and I barely finished haha
5. FAIL: I umm.. did 10 minutes of the 45 minute workout and then drank a lot of water.. and I couldn't do any more because I felt like I was going to be sick... sorryyyy :(

I know what you mean about the abs of that girl...she is FIT! Personally possibly a little too skinny up top but damn I wish I looked half that good!

That cardio is a killer. I took SO many breaks, well took a lot of breaks with both really but yeah.

Keep at it, we will get there :)

Hey you! I know what you mean about feeling very unmotivated ;) I'm back and I hope to stay back. Need to get the numbers going in the right direction. I can't keep doing this to myself!
