Comments on the workouts (date/time, how I felt before, during, after):
1.I started with something I know so it isn't too hard but I am going to have to delay the whole thing because between work, studying and sleeping I can't get it in. lol
2. I could hardly finish this one.. it was really weird. Off to have a shower

3. Okay I tried the 45 minute one... I only did 20 minutes! It is so hard and I just look at my belly and get very demotivated cause the girls abs are amazing

I hope I get better at this soon.
4.Did the belly fat workout and I barely finished haha
5. FAIL: I umm.. did 10 minutes of the 45 minute workout and then drank a lot of water.. and I couldn't do any more because I felt like I was going to be sick... sorryyyy
