Thanks everyone! :) I did some yoga yesterday. I'm going for a long walk to day and maybe I'll jog a bit too :)
The wrist feels a lot better but still a bit sensitive. I keep forgetting about it then using it which is followed by a big OWWWW :)
 
Them wrists are always up to something aren't they :)
I walked for 2 hours yesterday. But... I ate something bad because someone said I should.. Well at least I didn't drink any soda's :biggrinjester:
Wrist is a almost all healed up so I will do proper exercising today. Have a nice day everyone x
 
I'm glad that the wrist is better. It's also good to hear that doing exercise actually motivates you. It's a great feeling.

You have been going already 10 days. That is great!!
I remember the first 10 days of running were really hard for me. I thought I could not do it, but now I consider it as "me" time. :D

I just did 14 minuted of the "37 minute cardio workout at home" and ... *pants* It's great!! I really have to do more of it next time and also do more on the bike :)
And my hair-tie broke at about 7 minutes so you can imagine I was not pleased lol :) I wanted to exercise in the morning because I'm going shopping later which means a lot of walking and I would probably be too tired when I came home. So yep and I'm going to go and eat breakfast and I think I'll have a piece of chocolate.
I haven't had any for at least 2-3 weeks so time for a little treat heheheee :)
 
Haha, I laughed when I read that your hair tie broke... Isn't that such a girly problem?? But it's awful! I was at a contemporary dance show this weekend and one of the groups was about 8 girls who left their hair down for the performance! I couldn't believe it. It did look pretty dramatic, though.
 
Yay Laura! Hi!! And I have no idea how those girls survived.. I would have died of too much hair flopping about lol :)

So as I got home I decided to do the full workout and I really recommend it. I couldn't do everything because of my wrist injury or at least I blame it on that. :)
I think I might doing the food section again :) No promises though
B: 3 Wheatabix and some skimmed milk.
L: Lettuce, half a tomato , little bit of pepper (the veggie) a dollop of mayo and a piece of white bread. It was yum :)
D: Ratatouille stew with half a piece of white bread.
I ate 3 sour worms also. :biggrinjester:

I love a good summertime tomato sandwich (mater sammich in Texan). I've missed your log somehow until now. We gotta support that positive attitude! ;) Keep up the good work!

You are right CloudyMuffin!! This forum is helping a lot. I am trying to write an update at least once everymorning. It's part of my "keep going" routine. I think for being healthy routine is very very important, at least for me.
And when I am out running I try to stay positive and motivated, and immagine to share my daily success here. I know it may sound silly, but sometimes I leave the house without knowing how long I want to run. On my way I think "think how nice it would be if you can write in the forum 6 km/8 km and so on...".
I think the point of sharing our diaries is exactly this one! :)
 
I did another workout. I only did 28 minutes or so though because I pushed myself harder and wasn't as sloppy. It's raining right now and I really want to go out to cool down :) But I won't because I know I'll catch a cold.. Anyways I will post what i have/will ate/eat today :biggrinjester:

B:Ready Oatmeal with a tiny bit of sugar skimmed milk and half a banana
L: Roll with lettuce and two slices of salami and half a tbs of mayo , 4 boiled baby potatoes and 3 tbs of sweetcorn.
D: Leftover ratatouille stew
S: The other half of the banana xD
 
Ohh I love rain and cloudy days (No pun intended) so much... I would be happy living on a cold place with bad climate.

Fuck summer and fuck the sun!
