You could try adding some squats here and there, too! (oh god how i hate these, they make my heart rate go to hell) 
Ohh and the cravings!, the number 1 enemy of us dieters. Yesterday i got desires to make home-made pasta, but i didn't want to break the diet, didn't have flour and the amount of eggs and flour one have to use is just disturbing.
Have you tried adding a cheat meal (meal, not day!) once a week?, that may help you with the cravings.
If you have a craving, try to avoid thinking about the food!
You should be fine as long as it doesn't happen too often.
