You could try adding some squats here and there, too! (oh god how i hate these, they make my heart rate go to hell) :biggrinjester:

Ohh and the cravings!, the number 1 enemy of us dieters. Yesterday i got desires to make home-made pasta, but i didn't want to break the diet, didn't have flour and the amount of eggs and flour one have to use is just disturbing. :sifone:

Have you tried adding a cheat meal (meal, not day!) once a week?, that may help you with the cravings.

If you have a craving, try to avoid thinking about the food!

You should be fine as long as it doesn't happen too often.

10 miles on the bike every day is a great goal! Good luck with that!

Don't skip meals... naughty naughty!! hehe

We go to the pet store a lot as we have fish (just little fish, fresh water..... guppies, dwarf frogs, panda and juli catfish, and some sort of fish with a long name that sucks on the glass!) I'd rather have a dog but my hubby is allergic and even if we had a hypoallergenic dog, I wouldn't get one now with the baby and toddler. I have enough work as it is!

Hi guys! I'm sorry I have been gone so long but I will be gone a while for a bit more. Stuff happening.
I feel like I have lost weight, I don't know. Might weigh myself today or tomorrow and do some exercise.

Hey there! What would be great is inserting some squats during your jog with your dog. Maybe when you come to a stop or corner, you can do some squats, instead of just running in place. That will get you a really good burn!

Well I think I'm back?.. I'll try to come on here as much as I can, been very busy.
I weighed myself like I said on the weekend but I had gained 3 pounds :ack2:
This morning I felt a burst of motivation so I am back on track.. for now .
Looking forward to posting more :)

Hello everyone. Now I am going to be honest I didn't exercise a lot but I ran about 2 and a half hours during the last week. I did some squats and lunges so It was ok.
But I ate a lot of bad stuff . I feel like I am losing weight but realistically I probably stayed or gained more..
I will weigh myself later, I don't want it getting me sad just now :( I get really jealous reading other peoples diary's as they make so much progress. I'll have to work on that :)

I just came back from swimming , burned about 400 cals ? But yea it was fun, and I got a cornetto after lol :)
 
I do too Athala :) I just weighed myself and I actually managed to maintain my weight.. I am pleasantly surprised because as I said I ate quite badly.
I'm going to exercise right now and maybe have a look at the challenges section to see if I could do anything. Wish me luck :) x

Now for today the eating so far was ok and I have started the 30 day every day exercise challenge.
So today I think I'll only do some light aerobics cause yesterday was a killer and my legs really hurt :)

Right so I did 20 minutes of medium aerobics, 5 minutes really hard on the bike and I played sports for an hour and I fell so now my butt and wrist hurt a lot lol
I hope my wrist gets better tomorrow as I don't want to miss a day (or two ) of exercise..
 
lol, some bumps and bruises are to be expected when playing sports (well, not when playing golf ;) ).
When the wrist is still sore, concentrate on some other area's, like legs and still work out.
