Plan for tomorrow

Breakfast: Smoothie with banana, cup of berries, cup of spinach, cinnamon, vanilla, scoop of Amazing grass choc powder

Snack: Coconut water

Lunch: Chick peas in a creamy mushroom and capsicum dressing on pumpkin toast (recipe here! http://www.charskitchen.ca/2011/10/chickpea-a-la-king.html)

Dinner: Homemade pizza with spinach, smoked salmon and cheese


Going to go for another walk tomorrow too!! My legs have been really awesome today, haven't just been sitting all day either, went out and did a bit of shopping and did a few other bits n pieces. So yay! Don't know what else I'm doing tomorrow, Wade needs a bit of downtime this weekend as he's just had chemo. So it's going to be a super quiet one.

Had to post... I ordered some clothes from Sportsgirl, which is one of my fave brands, but I never used to shop there because when I was a size 12 their size 12s were too small... and I kinda refused to wear a 14... I got everything in 10s, thinking if they don't fit now that I would shrink enough to fit them soon... but EVERYTHING fit!!! Eeeeeee!!! Um... but now I have all these awesome clothes, and nowhere to wear them. Hmph.

Congrats on the new wardrobe, but yeah, I feel ya! You buy all this great new stuff, but sometimes you get too many items and/or nowhere to really show them off! Erp. One of the problems I had was I bought too many of a particular size, but I eventually lost more weight and those items became too large! So now they're only good for exercising/lounging around the house, haha.


Ah well, at least you have them now in case any events should arise in the near future.

Ate pretty bad today, around 300 cals over maintenance. Got kinda snacky last night and had a packet of popchips, so only had a 658cal deficit yesterday too. Feel kind of frustrated this week, as I don't think I've lost anything... TOM isn't due for another week, so unsure what it is. Decided to let myself go over today to shake it up a bit. 9 days (from tomorrow) till my end-of-month weigh in, so I'm going to start smashing out perfect days till then! I think I'll do the last 2 days of this week 1000cal deficits, and then the 7 days after between 900-1000. And I'll hopefully be able to walk every day.


I went for another walk this morning, legs were fine again!! However the flies are SO bad up here! I stepped out the front door and had 20 on me straight away, and the whole walk they were all over my face and in my ears and under my sunnies... arrgh!! It was pretty damn annoying!!!


Done most of my Christmas shopping already, Aus Post is going to be hating on me for the next fortnight!! LOL! I love internet shopping :p


Working from 6:30am tomorrow, don't know when I'm finishing. Going to try and aim for a long day, might work till 3-4 depending on how energetic I'm feeling. Probably won't be walking tomorrow, depends on how much standing I have to do at work.

For a 1006cal deficit.
 
Ok... so ate a bajillion more calories after that post, reckon I ate maybe over 2000cals over... I estimated 2123 over. Arrgh!! If I have a 1000cal deficit the next 2 days, I'm still ending the week with a 2700cal deficit... but unsure if I'll actually lose weight just because I seemed to not be losing before. Aiming for 9 perfect days now- 9 days of 1000cal deficits. If I see 63kg at the end of month weigh in, I'll be happy!! Debating not working tomorrow now, I don't need to and I know I'll feel rank... but the extra money would be good for our holiday. Arrgh... decisions decisions. I feel like crawling in a hole after eating this much... at least it really only happens once a month for me. I'm fully back tomorrow, promise!!!!
 
Ok so not going into work tomorrow, gunna stay home and chill. Going to go for a walk in the morning, and sticking with the plan I posted above. Also think I'm putting too much pressure on myself to reach my goal in time for my holiday... Really I have all the time in the world to lose the weight, and I don't want to upset myself by NOT getting to my goal. So. Hoping to get to 63.5kg by the end of month weigh in, and aiming to get to 59.5kg by holiday time... I'd be insanely stoked to be below 60kg anyway!! Not to mention I'm going to start strength training again for the two months leading up to going away, so I'll still be a lot smaller!


Also put a money saving plan on my weight tracking excel spreadsheet so I have a money-saving aim each week alongside my weight goals. After my 3 day weekend this week, I'm planning on doing my first full week of work in about 2 months. Planning on working 38+ hours next week, see how I go!

I've been really good today, had lots of water and stuck to my food plan. Planning on having another awesome one tomorrow!! Though I think my weigh in will be pretty inflated still... Guess it'll make me push harder for the last week!! 1 perfect day down, 8 to go!

Going to be working 7am- 3pm-ish and going for a 30 min walk when I get home.
 
Worked the full 7-3 today and stayed on my feet the whole time (except for my 30min lunch break) and no probs from my legs at all!! Not going for a walk though, it's too freakin hot outside. I have managed to get an eye infection again too so staying out of the dust is probably not a bad idea. Working at 8:30 tomorrow morning, so I'll get up early and go for a walk then. Also ate 2 small nectarines as afternoon tea as I wasn't planning to be on my feet all day, adjusted it in fitday... ended on a 968cal deficit today.

For a deficit of 962cals. Aiming for around 900cal deficit every day for the next week!
 
Decided I'm not going to weigh in tomorrow... Still would've had a 2000cal deficit for the week, but I KNOW I'm retaining fluid like crazy. Going to smash out 7 perfect days and hope for 63 point something at the end of it..!!
 
Ok so couldn't help myself... stepped on the scales and was 65.2kg. I knew it'd be up so really there was no reason for me to weigh in! Might hop on the scales tomorrow or the next day to see if there's a change... I'm definitely still fluid-y though!! Doesn't help that TOM is due this week. If I just lose the fluid I'll be happy... as long as I'm 64kg (my original goal on my excel chart) or below I can just smash next month!!


Ahh debating whether to work or not today... I really REALLY want to for the money, but my eye is really bad and weepy today!! It doesn't only look bad, but I might be contagious... I got some drops from the pharmacy yesterday but it's just gotten worse since then. Argh... Might ask Wade what he thinks when he gets up.
 
1 perfect day down, 6 to go!!! I went for a walk first thing this morning, it was SUCH a gorgeous day. Worked 8:30-3 and then did a few errands with Wade, wrapped up a few Christmas presents... it was fun! Unsure when I'm working tomorrow...

Heya Kate, I forgive you :p I fully understand the not writing in peoples diaries when low... usually if I'm in a poopy mood I'll lurk without posting lol. Yay my knees are WAAAY better!! Urgh, except today one of the ladies from work came up to me and put me in a bad mood... She's kind of been at me like, "You're not actually going to exercise again are you?" For AAAGES. Then today she came up to me and asked me what I was doing walking this morning, and that I looked like I was walking like I'd either shit myself or was in a lot of pain. For starters, I walk NORMALLY now... and she just put me in a really bad mood. I hate that this town is so small and that everyone you know sees you as soon as you step out of the house, and that they all talk about you behind your back. Arrgh. I want to go home already!!


Worked 8:30am- 6:30pm today, so it was a fairly long day. Went really fast though which was good!! Another perfect done! 2 down, 5 to go. Feeling bloaty and rank today, think TOM is coming...

Going to walk 30mins tomorrow and I'm working 8am-5pm. Packing bread in the bakery tomorrow!

I do the same, read diaries but just feel like i have nothing to say when i am low.

I hate people like that, if the don't have anything nice to say then why can't they just shut the fuck up!!! :cuss: I live in a small town and it is lovely a lot of the time knowing loads of people but other times it is a real pain in the arse!!!!! I dread walking down the street a lot of the time these days because of the way people look at me now, they do really obvious double takes. I know it isn't as bad as what you had to put up with but i totally undrestand......Ok rant over!!

OMG the bread section...Sigh, i love the smell of bread........Actually, i just love bread, well, nice bread, i'm a bread snob. It would kill me working in the bakery. Oooh, i just thought, is that cakes too!???!?!?! Sorry couldn't cope lol
 
Hahaha lucky for me I'm pretty sure I'm only dealing with bread!! They probably will be baking cookies n stuff in there though!! It's ok. this bakery is huge and packing will be full on and time consuming.


I stepped on the scales this morn (said I would!) and I was 64.6, so whether all the fluid is gone (or not) I should be able to get down to 63 point something... Providing TOM doesn't interfere. My smoothie this morning was super awesome, very tropical tasting. The chia seeds made it so thick too!!


Anyhoo... should be going walking about now... I'll be back again tonight to catch up on diaries!!

So today was pretty full on at work, didn't end up working in the bakery... ended up working on the floor most of the day. Had some drama at work this arvo, someone put chlorine in the bin outside and it started to react so we couldn't go out the back for like 3 hours... had the council and the fire brigade all suited up out the back cleaning it, was pretty crazy. Oh and there's a cyclone on it's way too, apparently it's a category 3 and it's supposed to hit south of us in a few days. Awesome. So that'll be fun... I'm working in the bakery tomorrow from 6am, think I'll just finish at 3 when Wade leaves. Means I would've done 40hours this week, so hopefully a decent pay next week!! Woohoo, expanding the holiday fund!!


Anyhoo... another perfect day down!!! 3 done, 4 to go!!! Pretty sure that TOM is coming too.. been craving sweet stuff all day which just NEVER happens anymore. It's fairly frustrating!!! Having my super hot curry killed it though!

Woot, grats on 3 perfect days! Here's to the next 4! :cheers2: I don't know how you can work in a bakery and lose weight. I'm a bread-a-holic. I'd probably wind up eating 3000 calories of bread a day. That's why I can't bake bread anymore. It's super yummy, but the 3 of us will polish off one loaf in an hour!
 
Ended up working 6-2.30 today... was a pretty shit day!! There's usually 3-4 people in the bakery, today there was only 2 of us... and at 11, the other girl who was in there with me had a family emergency and had to leave!! And I'm not trained to slice bread, was only packing today... so we were pretty screwed. Ended up leaving at 2.30 when I'd finished packing and I'd done some cleaning, and then the duty manager stepped in and took over. Blah so glad this week is over!!


Had another perfect day... 4 down, 3 to go!!! Arrrgghghghghghghghghgh really want an awesome weigh in, Kate just had one so now I want one!!!!!!!!!! NEED ONE!!!!!!!

Had my big cooked breakfast this morning... felt so heavy and dehydrated for most of the morning!! Just cuz I'm so used to drinking my smoothies... which are easily close to a liter of liquid. Had it for lunch instead though- I put cinnamon in it and the apple was HUGE- it was like an apple pie flavoured smoothie! Yum.



Having a really nice Saturday- went for my walk after brekki and my husband came with me, he usually doesn't like to so I love it when he does!! It's mainly because of the incredibly insane fly problem up here... you step outside and straight away you have 50 flies on you, landing on your face or in the half hour I'm walking, I usually have at least 3 land under my nose while I'm breathing in. *Cough choke splutter vomit* It was nice though!! Hahaha just to give you an idea of the weather up here at the moment, I've been walking for a week now every day, usually between 6-7am (the latest I ever get back is 7:30) and I have really dark tan lines on my legs already. From that early!! Oh and it's already like 30 degrees when we get back. Our pool blew up the other day too... going to have to organise to get it repaired, it's starting to look sludgy (after only a few days!! Ick). We also went and did some shopping, grabbed a few more things for Wade and some stuff for his Christmas stocking... got lots of presents under our tree now!!



Baked HEAPS of cookies today too!!! My own recipe choc chip cookies, shortbread (my mum's own recipe) and gingerbread stars. So the house smells amazing. Oh and I didn't have ANY, wasn't even tempted while I shaped and rolled things into balls or used the cookie cutters to steal some dough. I have ingested NONE! And was actually not even tempted to, despite the incredible smell (ah, isn't gingerbread the most amazing smelling cookie there is!??) So feeling really good, I LOVE to bake and even if I don't eat any, I get so much enjoyment out of it. And my darling husband is doing the dishes for me (and refused my help) because I baked for him. Going to have a nice lazy afternoon now!! Curling up in bed to watch movies and catch up on TV shows (OMG watched the newest episode of Dexter last night, this is such a good season!! EEEE 2 more episodes to go!!!)



I think it's pretty safe to proclaim today yet another perfect day for the week... so 5 down, 2 to go!!!!
