Morning all... I actually managed to have a really good sleep last night for what felt like the first time in AGES. Went to sleep really early then woke up at like 5am though, lol... Changed my breakfast smoothie today, I decided to try different fruit so bought some yesterday. This morning I had grapefruit and pear, unfortunately I don't think I had enough pear because it was still pretty sour... Still drinkable though, I got through it and felt insanely good afterward. Love how hydrated I feel after a huge smoothie in the morning!!! Went for my walk around 6am, it was surprising cool outside for once. And SO cloudy!! If I was still down south I wouldn't have gone as it looked like it was going to pour down, but up here I really doubted it. And no, it didn't rain lol. Just waiting for the property manager to get here for the rent inspection then the rest of the day is mine!
Felt fairly crappy again most of yesterday, the mirror really wasn't my friend... I kept expecting to see myself suddenly bigger again, just because I SO felt it. Blah being a woman sucks sometimes, TOM can be a real head fuck!! Feeling better about myself again today, it just sucks some days instead of seeing how far I've come, I'm just seeing how much further I have to go. Cuz of TOM as well I haven't dared have a sneaky peak at the scales this week, though I'm dying to see what the extra cals and activity are doing to my weight!!! I'm just feeling impatient right now. Gaaaaah. Lol.
Unsure whether I'll be posting again today or not, so I'll post tomorrows food plan...
Breakfast: Smoothie with banana, strawberries, spinach, Amazing grass choc powder, coconut butter, vanilla, cinnamon
Snack: Choc chip cookie dough Larabar
Lunch: 2 slices of gluten free wild grain bread with cheese and tomato
Snack: Chick pea chips
Dinner: 250g chicken breast, slow cooked in a Moroccan lemon marinade, then torn up and tossed in mixed leafy greens (best warm salad EVER)
Exercise is my strength training routine. I'm working 6am-3pm in the bakery tomorrow... wicked fun for a Saturday... Should end with an 802cal deficit for the day!
