NeverGiveUp- B4 & Inbetween

Your motivation really makes me feel like I can do this - I was the same with how you described expecting immediate results and then giving up. Can I ask, do you find having the journal helped a lot to keep you accountable for your choices?
You are doing such a great job - keep up the awesome work - and ty for the inspiration!!!!

Ash - sorry for a late reply and to answer your question, typing everything in this journal let's me vent and tell someone my story and not to mention tell someone who is willing to read my journal how my day went, good or bad and get at least a little motivation from others who have been or are in the same boat as I. My best advise is be honest with yourself and what you are doing to lose weight. Even if it is a bad day full of cheats and no excercise force yourself to write it down because eventually you will just become so used to the idea of writing everything you are doing down that you will look at it and say "this and this hasn't worked" and you'll eventually start changing your habits. If i dont come here for a few days and not write down what's been going on eating and excercising right I feel like my week hasn't been complete just because I feel like this is where my journey started and this is what has helped me, this forum and I will stay loyal to it because I know others are struggeling just like me and maybe just a little maybe something I am doing can help someone out there with their fight.
This is not a easy thing to do (weightloss) I think you and I and the rest of the gang out here can agree on this so what better way than to support each other and kick each other into gear when we are feeling low. If you read my actual diary you;ll see that I had some pretty bad days and then some good days and I'd write it all down..because I do feel like it holds me accountable.

sick-and-tired - I love ur name btw, it's exactlly how I feel, I cannot wait to have this weight issue under control and thank your for your compliment.
You are right the more and more I lose the more and more I feel like the person I am inside.

I have seen a nice loss in my clothing.
I like to wear nice fitting things even when I was 40lbs heavier and I would usually always buy tops/pants too small but overtime they would strech so now some things that i havent work becase they were too small fit perfectly and the things i streched out with my size are wayyy too big for me.
Im gonna have to get all new summer clothes, everything else is so baggie I look like a hobo but its a happy story :)

Im so happy to be slowly getting rid of my "fat" clothes.
Some necklaces I owned were to small to wear, i wouldnt wear them they didnt fit well now they fit perfectly.

You are going to be such a stunner when you reach your ideal weight. At this point, you are already looking much much more attractive. So don't give up. Embrace your slimmer more beautiful self and don't look back.

Wow! Fabulous before/after pic of the shirt! That's an amazing difference! Unreal what 40# can do. Grats on reaching your mini goal! Keep up the great work!

Thank you truly :)
That means a lot to hear, and what you said about my more beautiful-self and not looking back really made me feel good and gave me a weird boost of power and motivation. Thanks again!
I dont ever want to look back, EVER!
