Ash - sorry for a late reply and to answer your question, typing everything in this journal let's me vent and tell someone my story and not to mention tell someone who is willing to read my journal how my day went, good or bad and get at least a little motivation from others who have been or are in the same boat as I. My best advise is be honest with yourself and what you are doing to lose weight. Even if it is a bad day full of cheats and no excercise force yourself to write it down because eventually you will just become so used to the idea of writing everything you are doing down that you will look at it and say "this and this hasn't worked" and you'll eventually start changing your habits. If i dont come here for a few days and not write down what's been going on eating and excercising right I feel like my week hasn't been complete just because I feel like this is where my journey started and this is what has helped me, this forum and I will stay loyal to it because I know others are struggeling just like me and maybe just a little maybe something I am doing can help someone out there with their fight.
This is not a easy thing to do (weightloss) I think you and I and the rest of the gang out here can agree on this so what better way than to support each other and kick each other into gear when we are feeling low. If you read my actual diary you;ll see that I had some pretty bad days and then some good days and I'd write it all down..because I do feel like it holds me accountable.
sick-and-tired - I love ur name btw, it's exactlly how I feel, I cannot wait to have this weight issue under control and thank your for your compliment.
You are right the more and more I lose the more and more I feel like the person I am inside.
