Hey guys I am currently enlisted in the USMC Delayed Enlisted Program and have been working my way to my goal for about 4 months however my ship date is being moved up to mid August and I would like to be down to 170-175 before I leave, but need to maintain my Pull-up capacity of 8 pull-ups.
Here are my specs
Male, 5' 10", 200 LBS, 21 Years Old
Now I wanted to say I have my goals because I have been to USMC boot once before and know what I have to do but this seems almost impossible. Any life savers out there? How do I loose 25 lbs in a month and not get weak?
