I've been trying to keep in shape for a while now and I really want to bulk up and gain some muscle mass. Long story short I have a solid workout routine (I'm fairly confident I know what I'm doing on the lifting front) and fell really out of shape from around a year ago until mid summer of this year when I started up again. Everything was going well but recently I fell ill for several weeks making it almost impossible to eat or workout seriously. I work as a mail carrier and have recently started covering a route which is 8 miles of nothing but walking. (through the snow no less) this is REALLY making it tough for me to gain or even hold my weight I cant even imagine how many calories I'm burning at work.
I drink 3 protein shakes a day (morning, after work, and after I workout). I use Nature's Best Isopure. Nutritional info is below. I try to eat something during the day at work but its tough due to the nature of my job... ussually a wawa 10 inch roast beef hoagie lol. And at night I'll eat like a box of pasta along with some sort of meat (usually salmon, chicken, or tuna). That's a lot of food but I'm still not gaining weight. When I delivered mail using a truck everything worked much better lol.
My protein shake nutrition info:

Should I add some form of weight gainer to my diet? I need some help here... =\
