Need serious help gaining weight.

I've been trying to keep in shape for a while now and I really want to bulk up and gain some muscle mass. Long story short I have a solid workout routine (I'm fairly confident I know what I'm doing on the lifting front) and fell really out of shape from around a year ago until mid summer of this year when I started up again. Everything was going well but recently I fell ill for several weeks making it almost impossible to eat or workout seriously. I work as a mail carrier and have recently started covering a route which is 8 miles of nothing but walking. (through the snow no less) this is REALLY making it tough for me to gain or even hold my weight I cant even imagine how many calories I'm burning at work.

I drink 3 protein shakes a day (morning, after work, and after I workout). I use Nature's Best Isopure. Nutritional info is below. I try to eat something during the day at work but its tough due to the nature of my job... ussually a wawa 10 inch roast beef hoagie lol. And at night I'll eat like a box of pasta along with some sort of meat (usually salmon, chicken, or tuna). That's a lot of food but I'm still not gaining weight. When I delivered mail using a truck everything worked much better lol.

My protein shake nutrition info:

Should I add some form of weight gainer to my diet? I need some help here... =\

What are you mixing the protein with? If I were you, I'd use whole milk. If you are not lactose intolerate, drinking a bunch of milk during the day and before bed is a good way to add calories and protein to your diet. I'm a hard gainer myself, but chugging milk has definitely helped me.

Nuts are good to carry with you as they are high in calories and the carbs are mainly complex and they are good for.protein too. A few handfuls now and then will help keep you in calorific excess.

Personally I would cut a day off my routine, but that's just me. If your job is burning too many calories to catch up on, then you have to adjust or risk losing weight again, which I know is a pain. That, or adjust your whole routine by removing some useless exercises you don't need per workout. If you have any isolation exercises that you can afford to remove, you'd be doing yourself a favor.
