Hello Everyone. Over the past 2.5 - 3 years I, through dieting and exercise lost 100 pounds. I completed a 3 month cycle of P90x at the end but was left with an over abundance of loose skin on my stomach. I mean a large large amount that just stayed flapped over despite being in excellent shape all around. Needless to say, after a year of mulling over it, I got a tummy tuck done to get rid of the skin. I couldn't be happier that now my full body transformation is complete the way it should have naturally.
I am 2 weeks post op and cannot full on exercise till end of March/beginning of April. My Surgeon did however tell me I can do some light arm/shoulder workouts that isolate the areas and dont require me to use my core at all.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to what Arm/Shoulder exercises I can do with dumbbells or anything that will be completely isolated and not involve my core/abs for a few weeks? I want to stay toned in the arms and not lose what I had worked on. Thank you.
