You haven't been in your own diary since Monday, what happened? I hope you're still taking care of yourself, don't get too wrapped up in being busy to think of yourself!

I'm Baaaaack!!!

OMG!!!! So here I am ...my computer crapped the bed and then I had so much catching up to do, then my husband had to go to work in Arizona (all the way on the other side of the country)! July has been stressful and crazy to say the least!But I am back and ready to get back on track...I hope everyone remebers me! I will be posting! Stay tuned with weigh in...I will do that next week! I have been working out everyday still running my 2.5 mile loop non stop everyonther day and still making the 3.5 mile one when I have time! I am so glad to be back!!!!YAY!!! I MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!
 
Yay, you're back!!! We missed you terribly!!!! Sorry you had such a hectic July but hope August will see some breathing room for you.

Okay had one of those mornings where no matter what I do......!!!! I got up late...my 2 y/o has been having night terrors and screaming and crying in her sleep, but never waking herself up...just me:rolleyes: ! (my oldest, 5 yo, is camping with my inlaws!) So I got up late this morning so I started my workout late and then my 2 y/o gets up and I swear to God she had to pee every 15 minutes and then I had an important phone call. So my 1 hour workout turned into a 1 and 1/2 hour workout! UGGHH!! But I finished and will head out for a walk with Marlee (my 2y/o) after lunch! Has anyone ever done the "Ripped " dvd? OMG is it killer....talk about burn! Today was my first time....yooww! I'll be feeling this tomorrow!
Did a half hour bike ride instead of walk...Marlee insisted on "BIKE!" Oh well at least I got back out there. I have a show tonite, but if it stays nice maybe I'll go for a walk when I get home!!!

Okay, I did my 4.5 mile country road run...ran about 3.7 miles! Much better than last time. Forgot to check the time, but my hubbie and 2 y/o rode bike along with me so that helped a ton! My legs are a little worn out yet, but I am looking forward to doing that again soon! Food today ..I know it looks like I ate no dinner, but we had a late lunch/dinner picnic and I was still not hungry for dinner ...so I had a cone with the kids and still came in okay with cals!

Okay yesterday I power walked 4.5 miles but I ate bad. UGGH not terrible and certainly not like I would have before making all my changes, but bad all the same. Instead of listing all my foods I will just read my total cals1780 !
Okay confession complete..that was hard! I had a picnic and although I did not over eat...I just ate a few high calorie items I should have avoided (ie a few breaded and deep fried zucchini and onions!)
Today I did step aerobics for 45 minutes and lifted weights. I will be walking this afternoon.
so about 2 pm I started dying, I could have just laid on the coucha nd gone to sleep! I couldn't understand where the energy drain came from...until I went to bed and realized I had taken the last of my "pill" the night before..that TOM is upon me! I am always amazed that since having kids my TOM absolutely drags me down. For about 2 days before it starts I come to apoint in the day where I could absolutely drop and sleep! Obviously I can't do that with 2 kids but.....I would love to! Of course cravings kicked in and I splurged on ice cream, but still did okay with cals and I walked last night...so not bad.[/B][/B]
