Well, I am back. Wish I could say I did perfectly, but alas I was NOT! I did dance my tushie off at the wedding with my friends...so that was fun. But I did not drink enough water and I did not do any exercise on Sat (danced for 2 hours!) or Sunday

!! Had pizza twice on Friday Lunch and dinner

! And ate cheese popcorn

! Had a 1/2 a bagel for breakfast Friday and a salad for lunch, some chips

and then chicken, small portion of ziti and salad at wedding and a very small piece of wedding cake. Then I drank about 5 glasses of wine

! Okay, okay okay...I only at dinner on Sunday and the it was just chicken, salad and some fruit and baked beans followed by a very small portion of strawberry shortcake!

Well, I am back on track today and doing my best..did a 60 minute firm cardio blast this am. Will post cals later!
