Need all the support I can get!

It must have felt great to do a dance in the dressing room! Great job getting right back on track after your camping trip.

Oh, I'm jealous of your trip! I love to travel, and all I ever do anymore is the same 5-hour drive between here and the coast. Wineries, a wedding AND a picnic--yeah, I'm jealous ;)

I love that you have planned your exercise around the trip. You are SO inspirational!

Have a great weekend, and tell us all about it when you get back!

Have fun at the wedding this weekend~ I'm sure you are going to feel so great in that size 10 dress... Good job on the exercise and the increased water intake- You're doing great!

Hope you have an amazing time, spelin!! I'm jealous...I want to go on a trip...

Good job on being so motivated - even planning your excercise while you're there!! :)

Hope you're having a lovely time at the wedding this weekend (not quite sure if you're there just now or what)! After all your hard work you deserve to have a great time!:)

Hey Chica!
Thanks for stoppin by my diary while I was MIA. I just browsed thru a bit of yours. You sound like a great gal, we'd probably get along great. I'm a wine taster too and love Lean Cuisines. haha

I look forward to seeing you reach your goals! Whoo hoo!

Hi Spelin01. I hope you had a great weekend. You sound like your doing great, and 5lbs down, excellent.

I'm a pear aswell, and I know exactly what you mean about clothes, I'm a UK14 on top and an 18 on the bottom! It makes buying dresses quite difficult, but luckily I like trousers :D .

Keep up the good work!

Well, I am back. Wish I could say I did perfectly, but alas I was NOT! I did dance my tushie off at the wedding with my friends...so that was fun. But I did not drink enough water and I did not do any exercise on Sat (danced for 2 hours!) or Sunday :( !! Had pizza twice on Friday Lunch and dinner :( ! And ate cheese popcorn:( ! Had a 1/2 a bagel for breakfast Friday and a salad for lunch, some chips :( and then chicken, small portion of ziti and salad at wedding and a very small piece of wedding cake. Then I drank about 5 glasses of wine:cool: ! Okay, okay okay...I only at dinner on Sunday and the it was just chicken, salad and some fruit and baked beans followed by a very small portion of strawberry shortcake!:( Well, I am back on track today and doing my best..did a 60 minute firm cardio blast this am. Will post cals later!

***Thanks for posting everyone...Glad to know I am thought of when I am away!

You did really well. Celebrations are such a hard time, and remember, a small portion of something nice is okay. It is a treat and you are allowed a treat. And way to get back on the wagon!!! Great work on the cardio! :)

Ach you did better than I would have inthat situation, I went to a buffet last night and filled my plate with the unhealthiest things possible!:D

Hey, dancing is great exercise!! It TOTALLY counts!! So did you feel like a supermodel in your little skinny dress. I bet you looked great and got loads of compliments. Glad you had fun.

You could have done MUCH worse, so give yourself credit for staying close to your goals. Being surrounded by all that party food and friends all eating and talking about food--you did GREAT!

Oh I know the temptations at weddings. I have quit drinking, so wine is not an issue anymore. Luckily, the wedding I went to was a semi-healthy BBQ lunch. But there was no dancing - boo hoo. It was 100 degrees out, so I probably sweated a lot out of me.
Wanna join me on 7/5 for a month of strictly following a diet plan? Maybe longer. I'd like for it to continue throughout summer, but we'll see. Anyone who wants to join is welcome!

I'm in MommyOf2!! Is it going to be a specific diet, or is it going to be sticking to whatever plan we are following but trying not to cheat at all? After this coming weekend I am hoping to give up sugar and have a predominantly whole food diet. Will you be starting a thread?
