Need all the support I can get!

Good Morning!!!! Already up and at 'em.. . ran my regular loop in 30 minutes again...used to take me almost 40! I really surprised myself as I ran all but 8 minutes...which I power walk to warm up! Yipee! I am actually looking forward to adding some more mileage on Saturday AM!!! I really feel VERY proud of myself...I actually said I was PROUD of myself....WOW! I haven't enjoyed running like this since I was about 21 and 126 lbs! I am so excited! Well, I still have 10 minutes of sit ups and pushups before I can shower....Have a wonderful day!
 
I am very proud of you also!!!:D Good for you.. That is a great accomplishment.. you are doing awesome. Keep it up.. Have a wonderful day and don't forget your WATER!!!!!!

GOOD JOB!! I am so proud of you... I too, remember those running days... and weighing 130... and what is so funny is that I felt "FAT" then... oh to weigh 130 again I may start running too... GOOD JOB!! KEEP IT UP!!!!:D
 
You SHOULD be proud of yourself!!! You're doing so well. It's nice when your own positive activity can make yourself smile!!! That's the best feeling!

Great job! What a great attitude and a positive spirit and thinking! you'll be reaching your goals w/o question, the key is patience and i would (if i were you) measure yourself vs. the scale b/c the inches are real - i'm convinced scales lie!! and seems like you enjoy exercising (enough at least to do it) so you'll probably gain muscle as you lose fat and inches!! great work!
 
Good job running! I've been running too, and it's nice when I don't feel like I'm gonna die when I'm done. Keep up the good work!
 
Today.....ughhhhh! It has been one of those PMS days! I worked out this AM, but eating has been :mad: ! I haven't even really eaten a meal, just picking and I have no recollection what. I have to snicker a little..my last few posts make me look like Cybil (sp?) gotta love being a woman! Tomorrow will be better...I will be too busy to even think about food and snacking. That is a good...gotta run...have a party tonite... !
 
Don't worry about those PMS days! We all get them (sadly) and half the time I just want to crawl into bed and munch on really unhealthy stuff. You have a fantastic attitude to exercise and as I keep saying I envy anyone who can run. I'm no good at running but it looks such a good way to get fit.:(
 
I am Jumping up and DOWN!!! ....I finally got brave enough to get the scale...I covered my eyes :cool: ....then finally got brave enough to look and 167!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 lbs gone!!!!! And I am about to have Aunt Flow (my period:p ). You guys have helped me so much. We have never even met, but your stories and encouragement mean so much...so big hugs to ALL of you...now I have to go work out! THANKS AGAIN!
 
THAT IS AWESOME!!!! Three pounds and it's that time of the month?? Great job!!!!! It's exciting when that scale moves down, isn't it. I'm so incredibly happy for you.

You just keep up with what you have been doing and scale is going to keep on moving. And we all can't wait to watch it move with you. We are all in this together!!!!

Wow that is great and I bet you will lose more after that TOM, you are doing fantastic! Thinking positive sure helps, keep up the good work!:D
 
3 pounds gone is fantastic and I'll bet you'll feel loads better once you've got your TOM out the way! keep it up!:)
 
So yesterday was a bad eating day...about 1600 cals...way over my typical 1200 to 1300. But I truly believe that is still way less than I used to eat...so I will just chalk it up to a learning day and move on. I wasn't able to run yesterday..did yoga...but today I added about 3/4 of a mile onto my regular loop and ran just over half of the new section! So I am out for 40 minutes for about a 3.5 mile loop. Running about 25 minutes of it! I believe that is 12 minute miles give or take. Not too shabby! Okay..so I am really excited and can't even begin to explain how good it feels to actually ENJOY running again!!! I have tried for so MANY years to run. Always disapointed in how little I could do because of how big I was. So I have no idea what is different except you all. SO THANKS!!! I have finally found my niche!!!
 
Great job! You bounced back from a bad day and are compensating with a hard workout. Can you get any healthier? And 3 pounds off! Fantastic!!
