Well, I posted to a few other people yesterday, but never for myself. Ate 1325 cals yesterday. Worked out for about 30 minutes with my crunch bootcamp video. So had a basic day. We are leaviing today to go camping for 2 nights at our fav campground about 40 minutes from our house. This is the first time my littlest has been camping anywhere except our backyard

! So she is very excited! Last summer, when we were there for a picnic, a little boy drown in the lake and my husband helped bring him out...my 5 year old still remembers and is a little nervous. I think this will be a little cathartic for all of us as we have not gone back since the incident and had a tough time dealing with it for many months. Norah was terrified of drowning all last summer, but the effects are slowly wearing off and I think she is ready to have at it again!
We are bringing very healthy foods except smores

. But mostly veggie stew, veggie dogs, low carb cereal and yogurt and sandwiches with whole grain bread, fruits for snack, and lots of WATER!!! SO hopefully this will be a healthful couple of days. I am planning to run tomorrow am there around the campgrounds and lake while my hubbie and kids ride bikes. Should be fun! I will post when I return, so I hope everyone keeps up the good work and THINKS POSITIVE!!!!!
