Hey, well my question regards me needing some help. Me myself I have never pesonally worked out of know muscle growth or protien shakes or even some muscle names. Well Im 16 and I not fat or anything but I don't really know how to tone my muscles or make them bigger (refering to the biceps and triceps). I was wondering if somoene could post a good training regents, I know eating well is a must for anyone but I don't really know how to work out. Right now I want to focus on the abs while slowly working out the arms. I don't expect immediate results like all those infomercials offer, but a good workout (gow to do the excercise if you can) , what I need (a mat or what not), how many a day or a week and anything else I didn't say.
