Need a mommy-weightloss buddy

It's been a month since I posted.............but I already lost 10 lbs in a month! Wow, diet and exercise does work. I even got compliments from my sisters and friends telling me I look thinner. And I didn't even tell them I was trying to lose weight.

We can do it!

Just got back from the gym. Had my first consultation with a trainer, and was set up on the weight machines. Very cool. Did turbo sculpt yesterday, along with ab jam. Didn't workout too much last week, as it was March Break. My son and I did get some skiing in, but no trips to the gym. Still struggling with the 200 mark. Thought I was under for good, but bounced back from 198 to 200 last week. Today I am 199. Was hoping I was back on track after last month, but not much movement on the scale.
Hope everyone else is hanging in there!

I keep checking for everybody. Hope things are going well. Struggled a lot beginning of April, but may be back on track.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to update everyone on my progress. Sorry I haven't updated as much.

My baby is almost four months. Since then, I have lost 23 lbs, thanks to a combination of healthy eating and daily exercising. It is amazing to me how it really works when you work really really hard.

I don't miss eating the junk I used to eat. Such as pop, candy, white rice, especially.

But yeah, 23 lbs down!

Hey there! I'd love to join in this thread, I have 3 kids - my eldest is almost five, my second is 2.5, and my littlest is 2months. I HATE my post-partum body, and really want to lose all these extra pounds, but I'm freaked out about trying to fit exercise into my already hectic day. I'm sacked at the end of the day, and am barely keeping up with things as they are now. But I know it'll get easier as the kids get older, especially when my baby starts sleeping longer at night I'll at least feel sane again!

But I figure even if it's slow losing because of lack of time, at least I'll be headed in the right direction!!! I'm hoping I can manage 5lbs loss a month. But I'm breastfeeding, so I don't quite know how that will affect things.

Congrats to all of you on your losses so far!!

Hi! I am not a new mom but soon I will be. That’s why I have started yoga. I think you should also do yoga. You shouldn’t do any heavy exercises. Yoga will also endow you with mental strength.
