Need a change in my life

I just register and my goal for 2010 is to loose weight and be healthy!

I always end up with yo yo diet , loosing and gaining more and am fed up with them!

..so I am looking for help on which diet works better and what is your feedback on them.

It's my understanding that the majority of "diets" don't work, but that lifestyle changes made to lead a healthier and more aware life are the way to go!

Scientifically I know that eating less calories than I burn WILL lead to weight loss. Once I reach my goal weight (and I WILL), I can change my calorie intake to match what I'm burning so that I will maintain.

Seems to me like you need something to stay committed to your goals.

If you suffer from yo-yo dieting and keep falling off the wagon then you have to change something that you're dong wrong.

Instead of thinking which "diet" you should try, think changing your lifestyle by eating well and working out on a consistent basis. Diets are a 'short-term' way of thinking but lifestyle changes is more long term and permanent!
