It's my understanding that the majority of "diets" don't work, but that lifestyle changes made to lead a healthier and more aware life are the way to go!
Scientifically I know that eating less calories than I burn WILL lead to weight loss. Once I reach my goal weight (and I WILL), I can change my calorie intake to match what I'm burning so that I will maintain.
