Thank you Karl n Anne, I'm so glad to hear that you all haven't forgotten me. Wow Karl, there are alot of people gone since I was here last huh?!? Well, glad to be back...

So today I went and got my scale

... weighed myself... 262 lbs.!!!

UGHHH! I put all of my weight that I had lost last time back on except for those 3 lbs. Well, I'll take that though, at least I was graced without the 3, right?

So, I didn't eat so great today healthy food wise (really need to go shopping), but I didn't eat my usual portion size, so it's kinda balanced out, right? Besides, I don't want to completely cut out all the bad stuff (it's really good to be bad sometimes!

) As long as I do it in moderation.... So, here's my foods for the day, I'll put the accurate calories after I visit fitday...
Breakfast: 1 orange- wasn't really hungry.
Lunch: 1 Grilled cheese with some left over potatoes
Dinner: Baked Pork Chop with a green salad w/fat free italian dressing
Dessert: Here was my worst of the day 1.5 cups vanilla icecream w/3 tbs of chocolate syrup....(bad girl, but at least it's all gone now- finished the last of what was left) so lets see what the damage is in fitday & then I'll edit this to put in the calorie count.
Total Damage for the day 1,477 cal.s but they were pretty empty ones. I didn't do nearly enough fiber and vitamins were also very low. So, I have obviously really got to get some better food in this house!!! Going to Walsenburg tomorrow to see my mama, I'll be back on Tuesday, but will try really hard to log in while I'm there. If not, I will post all of my info when I get back... (yes I'm taking a notepad to track everything..) It's all about accountability.. the more honest we are with others and ourselves, the less of a chance we have of cheating!!!
