You can totally do it this time!

I know what you mean about feeling weird if someone you knew was reading this. I always want to say something to my husband about something one of you guys said, but I would feel silly about it if he joined the site. I like having that freedom of never having to see any of you in real life, I think I makes me more honest! (No offense by the way!)
 
lol i feel the same, i'm really shy in real life and i dnt like to tell people how i feel about things, it's hard enought just telling anyone i'm on a diet :p
 
I think i've been good again today :)

I had cheerios oats for breakfast, and my bf bought me a subway for lunch, a subway club which is one of the low fat ones :) he had cheese and mayo on it but i dnt like cheese and all the mayo was stuck to that so when i picked it off there wasn't really any mayonaisse on it anyway. Not too bad.

I had a bagel and chicken liver pate as well, and some low sugar jelly and a pack of crisps, which isn't good but they don't seem to be as fatty or high calorie as they were a few years ago.

I had about 1200 calories today. I'#ve been told thats too low and i should eat 1600 to lose weight, but i dont know wether i'm not very active or if it's because i'm small boned, but i very seldom eat much more than that and my weights usually quite steady but it doesn't drop.

I'm 135 today, i dont' know where the weights going, i take it it's mostly water weight although my face looks slimmer andmy collar bones more defined, i always notice that really quickly, if i excercise especially it's quite obvious.

I've been not bad today, not the best though. I went out for lunch/dinner and had minestrone soup, then steak and chips with pepper sauce. I had a couple of prawns as well later and a milky way a tiny one.

My calories are about 1500 which isn't too bad but not amazing.

I bought the natalie cassidy from eastenders video, she looks amazing now so i thought i'd give it a try and see if it works for me :p
 
That excercise video is amazing!!! the best i've ever done i think. It's hard but not too hard and it's not boring an di can feel it as if it's working good :D :D :D

I'm sort of sitting between 134 and 135 today :) i'm pretty sure i'll make my target of 130 by 5th february :p hopefully i'll be less than that. I'm going out tonite which means drinking alchohol. I'm not sure whether to dirnk vodka and diet coke, less cals but take more to get drunk or wine which is higher cal but i get drunk quickly so take less of it :p

:) got really drunk last nite had far too many cals but my average for the week is still pretty low so it hink i'm ok. I already felt thinner last nite, i wore a halterneck top thing and the last time i wore it I felt like my stomach stuck out but it didn't last nite, and my arms looked better than usual. I got called gorgeous twice and got my number stole off me lol, that made me feel good :D
 
I've been good so far today. I had some chicken noodle soup an dmy mums making stew and mashed potatoes for dinner :D i'm so addicted to mashed potatoes!

good for you for having a good time! i bet you were a lot more confident knowing that you look different and those comments are such confidence boosters.

I had cheerios oats for my breakfast. Having macaroni cheese and chips for my dinner which isn't too healthy but my mums cooking. I just wont have a big portion and not too much chips.

I bought some weight watchers frozen dinners just to keep in the freezer so that i can have something sort of low cal if theres nothign else to eat, so i wont end up snacking on bad things.
 
I was bad, i've had just wee bits and bobs of snacks today but my calories are way too high. I think about 2000 but i cnt judge with my mums macaroni on fit day it's hard to tell.
