natalie's first time diary :)

I cracked and had a 3 cadburys heroes which wasn't too bad and an apple. My calories today are abou 1600 they've been about 1200-1400 the last few days, so i should be ok.

Great job. You are doing awesome! Also although you "cracked" your calories are still within a really good range for you so no damage done!

Just keep on going. It's starting to pay off :)

:D thanksx, I was not bad today, had tapas for dinner, I had a pot noodle though which is really bad, but i was running around in work ok so hopefully that makes up for it.
 
I had my 21st nite out last nite!!!! It was soooo goood. I wore my lovely black corsety puffball dress. I hadn't lost the weight I wanted but I got so many compliments and a guy I really like kept looking at me. I felt good.

I'm not dieting over christmas, I've decided just to relax, if I gain weigh tI can lose it again cause I hadn't been good, I actually feel slimmer since i've not been dieting, my waist feels more slim.

I'm proper starting dieting again tomorrow. I've not gained any weight over christmas, did't actually overeat badly. I will be thin by summertiem :) my friends moving to cyprus in march and I've got to go and visit her and be all skinny :D

ANyway this is the first day i've really been sort of good since xmas :p

Yesterday I started off brilliant but snacked after work which wasn't so good, but I was a bit depressed becasue of a guy i like and htinking i wasn't good enough and stuff, it's sad but after speaking to him today i feel better :p

I didn't get breakfast today because i was going with my sister and brother to an art place- the burrell collection=- near me, we decided to have a wee day out. I spent ages walking about in there and me and my sister shared a bowl of soup and a sandwich and coffee which was good.

I had some nuts and dried fruit for a snack.

I had a tomato pastry thing, and an apple aswell, and a low calorie pancakt thing.

The only bad thing I had was eatinga wee bit of a curry my mum had made after work, but my calories were low enough, so it wasnt too bad :)

Just starting to get stressed by the idea of uni again, and my dissertation :( :( :( panicking about that, need to start my reading.

you telling me!! i aint getting stressed...that is a problem with me i don't get stressed! i need to do a lot of reading for my dissertation...was planning on doing it these hols but i have barely done work which needs to be handed in as soon as were back! i've collected and copied all te sources though (journals books etc.) they just need to be read now!

what are u studying? i've not even got a hold of most of my reading a lot of it's in the special collection in the library and only reference.

teaching! same here most of mine was in the library so i was stood at photocopier for ages just to get it sorted! what you studying?
 
Philosophy, I was going to do teaching :) but i meant travelling for ages every day or moving away, and the uni near me's better than the one i'd have gone to so i chose philosophy, mite do teachign post grad :)

lol i chose teaching because it was close to home! i probably would have chosen something else if i was going away from home. but i'm loving it---glad i chose it---can't wait to graduate in june!

yeah PGCE are great...its like 2 in 1...you get to do the philosophy and then teach as well...best of both worlds

Ok, feeling good today, i aws actually lighter than usually today about 138, dont' know how that happened, although i did drink quite a lot of water the last couple of days. I had Cheerios oats with semi skimmed milk for breakfast, just have to keep it up now and eat good the rest of the day :)
