natalie's first time diary :)

i've got a new goal, since i never did it for my bday :) my friends moving to cyprus in march and i'll be visiting her in june or july. I'm hoping to have lost hte weight so that i'll be slimmer than her :p she actually weighs more than me and has bigger legs, but she's go a flatter stomach. It'll be noticed cause she won't have seen me for ages and i'll be able to wear bikinis and stuff without feeling weird
 
I was sort of good today. Had a roast dinner with roast potatoes though adn mashed potatoes with milk and butter. I had some dried fruits and nuts as well, and a cereal bar, some milk cause i don't think i get enouh calcium. I think i was good, i need to excercise, going to buy an excercise video tomorrow. I know i should go to the gym but it terrifies me, i'm bad enough with people as it is without excercising in front of them.

My mums getting a new car this month and i'm getting ot drive it,s o i might join one of those curves gyms then, or even just make my sister go with me to a normal gym, id be ok if i went with someone.
 

hey sounds like a great goal and am sure you can achieve it!

excercise is oryt wherever you do it. but build up your confidence woman!

I was quite good again today although i stayed in all day, and had a sleep :p i had a wee snack last nite, some shortbread but i was still in my calorie limit :p

Today i had cheerios and a wee tiny bit of chocolate. And some homemade lentil soup. Not sure what to have for dinner. but i'll try and be healthy :p

any food is ok as long as long as you keep to your calorie limit...but ofcourse healthier option is better!!

I had fajitas for dinner, dunno how healthy they are? but they're not too high calorie. I need to start eating things like fish and grilled meats, but my mum does the shopping and i don't always have th echance to go with her. I cook for myself mostly so i do try my best to make good things. Need to stop having chocolate, its' just cause it's lying around the house, i don't even eat a lot of chocolate normally.
 
I tried to excercise, just sort of bits of aerobics i remember to music, i did about 15 minutes. I dnt know how much use it was but i'm sure it's better than nothing.
 
that's the worst when you eat just because its there. i do that even though i dont relly want smething ill have it if its on the table or the house.
any excercise is good!!

Today awsn't bad. I was in town so i was walking about all day which helps. I had cheerios for breakfast and again two after eights which isn't so good.

I went to my sisters for dinner we had a beef stir fry with white rice and then custard and apple pie which wasn't good, but i've not had a pudding like that in so long. My calorie count isn't too high but i dont think its amazing.

My mum got me an excercise video, the fhm one rather than the dancefloor one i wanted which was pretty funny :p although i think watchign girls like that might be motivational lol. So i'm going to work out tonigh :D
 
I trie dmy excercise video, wasn't too good think i'll just keep it for spare. I'm going to buyt eh one i wanted. It would be alright now and again but it would a nnoy me to do to much.
 
I'm really cravign toast but i think my calorie limit is ok to hav eone slice, i really need to cut my calories down more, maybe 100-200 less. But if i dont' have even a bit of chocolate tomorrow that would be it :) its amazing how many calories chocoalte adds
 
I've been good so far today had a ham sandwich with mustard and a cup of tea for breakfast and no chocolate so far :p except two smarties :p lol
My weight seems to have gone down quick but i think it'll slow down, probably water weight, ireally want to get to 134, i'm 136 just now which is light for me but the lightest i think i ever remember being is 135 since i was younger so 134 will feel really good :)
 
I had grilled chicken and sweetcorn for dinner. This has been my best day so far, got plenty of calories left so i can have something quite healthy wehn i get home from work and i'll be fine :) i know i shouldnt eat at nite but i get really hungry after work, four hours is a long time to be walking about and not eating.
 
I've had a yoghurt too, a wee kiddy sized on eand some cherries. I'm going to be doing a lot of walking about in work, and then try to do some of that video when i getr home it's a bit boring though, i need to get another one :)

I'm feeling really good about myself, i feel totally for the first time like i can stick to this and do it :D

I'm so looking forward to summer and my bikini :p and my frrineds just asked me to go to liverpool in february too :D I wont' have lost a lot of weight then, but my goal is about 130 by feb the 5th, so it'll probably be the middle of february, i could be about 128 if i work really really hard :D
 

thats a pretty achievable goal...just put your mind to it! plus have a good time in liverpool! i haven't actually been but seems like a good place!

You CAN do it!! Keep up this positive attitude, and you definitely WILL :) You are doing great!!
 
Thanks :) i'm really lookign forward to this. I was away to newcaslte last year wiht my two friends. One of them is roughly the same weight as me but she has a flat stomach and looks thinner. The other one was really ill before, she almost died and was blind and everything,s he was just recovering and was very thin. I know it's wrong to even thnk about her weight after all she's been through but i did feel like the fat one :S

THis year my friends going who's bigger thatn me, i'm trying to help her diet a bit. I want to tell her to come on this site only i dnt think i could write on here if i knew someone would read it, that soudns bad. I hope that i'll feel good this time and not jsut the fat friend.
