besides, if you tallied up te calories, you'd probably find that you were in a reasonable range...

Just drink up the water to counteract all the sodium in the pizza hut stuff....
 
I checked the calories online, one slice is about 420 cals, so overall i've eaten about 2200 cals which is far too much. Normally I wouldn't mind one day but it's so close to my christmas nites.
 
Today was really bad :( I was good at breakfast, had the nut mueslie stuff. But I met my bf at lunchtime and he wanted a pizza hut, I had two and a half slices of chicken supreme, which was so many calories. I had a baked potato and some chilli for dinner. ANd then had a bar of chocolate. I feel really bad now.

Don't worry about it so much...2 peices of pizza isn't really that bad. You ate the pizza, but you had a healthy breakfast and dinner. If you try to always deprive yourself, you will get to the point where you just snap and want to eat everything. Although you ate some things you may have not wanted to, I think you did so in moderation which is the whole concept of a healthy lifestyle. Don't let this get you down, you're doing great. Just keep pushing on, and you'll be fine!! :)
 
Today I've been good so far, I had frosties for breakfast(not amazing because of the sugar but low cal) Then for lunch I had two rolls and ham, with a cup of tea. For dinner Im' not sure yet, possible a pasta dinner or something like that. I've had one tangerine.

I need to drink more water, that's alway.s my problem.
 
My problem with weightloss is that i'm a grazer. I dont' necessarily eat a lot at meals, especially if i'm eating out for some reason, i'll pick a lot more than in the house. I find it hard to just stick to my meals rather than snacking a lot, i find i get hungry at night and if i'm working, i get in between 10 and 11 at night and i always feel like eating something, I have to get rid of my grazerness and start eating normal.
 
Is this an ok day? My calories are slightly low, but i'll probably have a wee snack after work.

I've been brilliant today, i was really hungry when i got home from work, so I had a banana, and I still felt pretty hungry so I waited for a while and it went :D normally I would have had more to eat, rather than waititn to see if I really was hungry.
 
Ok, I was feeling proud and then I had a dairylee dunkers and another tangerine, thats just under 1600 calories, I hope thats ok.
 
Today wasn't the best or worst day. I had weetabix for breakfast but then my mum made sausages for my brother and I had two.
Then I went shopping, walking about all day, I had a baguette with turkey bacon and sweetcorn, which came with a tiny amount of crisps and I had a cookie.
After work I had some beans and a potato scone and a sausage.
In work, the job I was doing meant I was running about all night and lifting lots of money at some points.
Food wise it wasnt amazing but my calories arent' too high and I did excercise a lot.
 
Everytime i say i'm doing good I slip up i just ate a yum yum, although ti's not too bad, only 120 something cals and i had an apple to make up for the health thing :p
 
All i've done today is eat, its' the time of the month so i suppose thats partly why. I had weetabix for breakfast, but then my sister wanted me to go for breakfast with her, I tried to be good I had one sausage and one piece of bacon with a little drop of beans and a slice of toast, it wasn't too much but not haelthy either. Stupid scottish diets :p

For lunch we went for sushi I had a bowl of miso soup and then my sister and I shared a crayfish salad thing, but we didnt finish it, we shared some terryaki chicken and had a piece of sushi each as well, and we shared a pudding sponge with custard stuff and raspberries. That wasn't too bad either.

I had a curry for dinner which was sort of ok although I think my calories were already too high.

I was feeling really really depressed in work though, someone i kind of like was in and i just felt akward around him, and someone moaned at me for nothing, which is unusual i'm the sort of person people tend to take under their wing. I felt realy bad and I was kind of craving chocolate, I came home and had a few quality st about 4, then I had some spaghetti and a bag of crisps.

I just feel like i've done nothing but eat all day. :(
 
hey don't worry!! everyone has dose days. and think about it it's only 1 day in ages...so get ryt back on track.

ure ryt it is probably the whole time of the month thing!! gets me evrytime!

anyway...have a good day today.

Yesterday I was pretty good, went out for dinner and chose a healthy chicken and risotto thing. I only had half a pudding and we went out for breakfst but I had a sandwich and some fruit. I had alchohol which isn't good but I haven't drunk for a couple of weeks.
Today I'm having a wee break cause i'm not feeling very well and tomorrow i'm starting properly.
 
If you're not feeling well you should definitely get some rest! Just be careful not to get into the mentality that you are 'starting over' tomorrow and you can eat whatever you want today. It's a vicious trap that a lot of people fall into time and time again.
 
Today i've been really good.

I had muesli for breakfast, then went shopping for a while, that's all i'm doing these days :p
Then for lunch I had tomato soup, and a turkey baguette.
Then stripped wallpaper, which is ok excercise. And looked after my baby neice which involves running around. And she took her first step while i watche dher :D!!!!!
I had a slice of chocolate yule log, but that' snot bad, it was small.
I'm proud of myself today.
 
I was good yesterday. I had an apple for breakfast, and then later I had some beans, but no toast. For dinner I had a chicken burger and chips which isn't too healthy but it wasn't very bad.

Today for breakfast I had frosties and then I've had two Jaffa Cakes. I'm going to have tomato soup for lunch, not sure about dinner.
 
I was a pound lighter this morning, and my stomach feels flatter and around my collar bones. I always notice a difference in my stomach and collar bones, I dont know why but they always look slim really quickly, then my wrists and ankles. I feel quite good. Looking forward to my bday and christmas :D
