natalie's first time diary :)

I felt so good last nite, i had a boob tube top on and my shoulders looked all slim, i could even sort of see my hip bones :) I got called hot :p It was actually that i would be hot if i smiled but never mind :p

I had bunny ears on all night that i stoel from my friend lol.

I've not lost weight but i feel so much more toned and firm. My stomachs a lot smaller and my arm.
 
I've been terrible since Easter, put back on a pound, but tomorrow i will be eating no more that 1200 calories. I got vicky entwistles video, she looks brilliant and it's quite a good routine so i'll try that alongwith my dance video and see if it works. :)

I have a goal, i've bough harem pant things for the beach on holiday but they're really pretty and i've decided if i can lose the weight i'll be a belly dancer at halloween with a belly top on :p and my belly button will be peirced then so i can have a kind of cool belly bar in.
 
I got my belly button peirced, i wanted to weight till i'd got to nder 140 pounds but it wouldn't have been healed in time for holiday. I feel thinner and i've lost a couple of pounds :) It looks good, my stomach is getting flatter and i got a pink jewel :)

I've walked but not done my videos the last couple of days, i'll do two tonight i thihnk.
 
I've not been on this site for a while. I didn't get as thin as i wanted for holiday but i did wear a bikini!!! i was still thinner than a lot of people i saw in them so i wasn't too worried.

I lost a lot of weight during and after my holiday, i'm now around 9st 10 which is really good for me, although the last week of two i've been really bad, and although i've not put weight on my stomach and arms feel less toned. I need to excercise more,.
 
Today i felt good again :) my weight hasnt' changed but it's only been a day.

I did my excercise video again, somehow it felt harder today, and i had bran flakes ofr breakfast again, had a wee bit too much for dinner but think i balanced it out ok.

I'm going to do more sit ups and push ups. Been dreaming about my bikini :p

Really, you shouldnt weigh yourself every day. Its no good indication, and just say you drop a pound in a day, its pretty unlikely because it takes A LOT to burn a pound of fat.

Maybe try weighing in every week? Its a more accurate way of measuring fat loss.
 
My weights going up again, which isn't good, i've been snacking too much, i'm going to start being stirct again tomorrow.

I've got a big night out on saturday, really looking forward to it, i'm getting my hair dyed really blonde and a fringe cut in. I've got a dress, which is above the knees, really bright yellow, it's so cool.
 
Sometimes i hate the way weight comes off of me. I can see my ribs now when i move certain ways, and my collarbones stick out, but my stomach still sticks out far too much. I always lose weight off my hips quicker than my stomach as well, which makes my stomach look bigger.
 
I've decided on a good way to diet :p

I didn't study enough last year in uni, adn because i'm in my honours years everything i did last year and this counts towards my finals so i'm going to have to work really hard to make up for my bad work last year.

I've decided this could be good for weight loss, if i'm getting up early and going into uni and hten staying in uni to study, before going to work, as well as being quite active all day (the campus is very large and theres a lot of walking) i'll also not have a chance to snack and so i'll hopefully lose weight that way. I'll get thinner and smarter :) :) :) :) :)

I'm going on holiday next year to some music festival in spain thing- it's not really my sort of thing, quite alot of dj's and dance music, i prefer rock and indie music- but lots of my friends from work are going- and for that sort of thing people wear bikinis to the dancing and things like that, so i need to be think for it, theres no way i'm wearing a bikini in front of boys from work, if i'm not at least a size smallr, it was different with my female friend, who wasn't judging me, but with boys i have to look good.
 
Ok, i really really need to lose weight now. It's my 21st birthday on the 24th december, and i really need to lose weight for it. I'm going to excercise an hour a day for teh next few weeks, see if i can lose a few pounds. I've not gained weight recently but i feel a lot less toned. I'm going to be at least half a stone lighter by xmas.
 
I'm starting my weight loss plan thing today. I've been pretty healthy, i had bacon this morning, but if i make the rest of the day ok it should make up for it. I'm goign to excercise for an hour. That gives me a fortnight till my works night out whihc means i could be about 4-6 pounds lighter which is quite good, plus i'll be more toned.

That also gives me 4 weeks till my birthday night out which hopefully means i could be 8-12 pounds lighter which would be amazing, 12 pounds would leave me at almost 9 stone, which i've not been since I was about 15 or 16, and a good bit shorter than I am now.

I got the most gorgeous dress for my birthday nite out, it's black and sort of sequined with long sleeves:



I'm wearing it with tights and really high shoes, and my hair in a sort of half down half beehive, so sixties :p

It fits me nice, but I feel like my stomach shows in it a bit, so hopefully i can get that to go down a bit, and i want my legs to looks slightly slimmer, I like the bottom half of my legs, just my thighs look a bit big, they're quite toned though usually.
 
found the most amazing red dress for my brithday going to wear the black one for my xmas nite out. I'm wearing the black dress with black tights and bright red peep toe stilletos :D and the red one is really short and sort of corseted and i'm wearing that with black tights and really shiny black shoes :D so excited.

I'm really motivated to lose weight i think that dress will look brill with slightly slimmer shoulders and arms, and I really like a guy so hopefully he'll see me and fancy me in it :D
 
Hey there! I'm 21 so we are pretty much the same age, and I understand all the stresses that school can bring!

Good luck on reaching your goals. You CAN definitely do it! :) I recommended though what someone else mentioned about not weighing yourself EVERY day. Weight really does fluctuate daily, and there are so many factors that can affect it. I weigh myself every Thursday morning as soon as I wake up, and that has been working out great for me.

Your outfits for your bday and Christmas sound great by the way! :)

Anyway I'll try to keep up with your journal and help you stay motivated!!! Good luck :)
 
thanks you :) i'm going to try just weighing myself once a week, cause I always stress when I weigh myself every day.

I've been really good so far today, although it's only first thing. Need to write an essay and drop it off, then I'll do some excercise :D
 
I've had a good day today.

Had muesli nut stuff for my breakfast with semi skimmed milk.
A banana.
Tomato soup.
A tangerine.

My dinner wasn't quite as good

Home made beef burgers with chilli in a bun.
Probably slightly too much mayo and barbeque sauce.
Coleslaw
Salad
And a small handfull of salt and black pepper crisps.

I had a pudding but it was a healthyish one
A pancake(116 cals)
Some lowfat skooshy cream
Fake sugar stuff
Banana

I'm going to do an hours excercise shortly.

I was working hard all day on uni work, I feel so organised.
 
A scratched dvd doesn't have to ruin your plans...there are plenty of ways to get exercise in!

You could always go on a walk or do a walk/run type thing.

If you don't want to walk outside, go to the mall and walk around for an hour (if there are steps there...use them!).

Or you could walk up and down the stairs at your house...combine with jumping jacks, sit-ups, pushups, etc...anything you want.

Maybe you could treat yourself to a new exercise video??

Or even just throw some music on and dance around like a fool! (I've done this one plenty of times!)


Be creative...there is ALWAYS something you can do to get your exercise in! :)

and i'm going to buy a new excercise video then. I jsut really wanted to start today, i did the warm up part before it broke, which is about 10minutes but it's quite high intensity for a warm up so it wasnt' too bad.
 
I know i'm trying not to weigh myself to much, but I couldnt' resist this morning and i'm two pounds lighter than saturday! I think tis' because I don't have food lying in my stomach like I would have probably.
 
Today was really bad :( I was good at breakfast, had the nut mueslie stuff. But I met my bf at lunchtime and he wanted a pizza hut, I had two and a half slices of chicken supreme, which was so many calories. I had a baked potato and some chilli for dinner. ANd then had a bar of chocolate. I feel really bad now.
