I lost it with my diet and workouts for a few weeks there with going back to work etc but I'm feeling motivated again. I'm at 147 this morning, think I went up to 150 again before getting back down.

This morning I had homemade sugarless pancakes with mackerel. That was quite a big breakfast so I had a nectarine and some yoghurt at lunch. For dinner I'm having smoked cod with veg. I'm walking up to meet my oh from work and then home which is a 40/45 minute walk each way so not bad exercise. I really want to start running but I'm struggling to fit it in. I work Monday then my oh plays football at night, I'm off Tuesday and can't ask anyone to babysit, Tuesday night I could fit in a run normally. Wednesday I work then my oh works at night. Thursday I'm off and again can't ask anyone to babysit and my oh plays football at night. Friday I work then my oh works at night. Sunday my oh works all day. Tuesday and Saturday are the days I'll have to try.

I might start 30 day shred again too. I'm doing pretty muddy in September so need to be a bit fitter for it.
 
Hi! I'm new to WLF, but I was reading through some of your posts, and it seems like you've been finding a great balance to being healthy and being a mom! I have a daughter who's 20 months, and I too have trouble fitting in exercise around my husband's work schedule and keeping up with my daughter. I usually try to fit something in during her nap time. I Love the 30 day shred dvd, but never seem to make it past the first level! haha. Great job with all your hard work!!

I was quite good today, I had half a scone at breakfast then tuna salad for lunch, some raisins and nectarines for salad and then homemade cottage pie for dinner. I need to stop having sugar in my tea, that's upping my calories! I don't trust sweeteners though x
 
I've been good again today, and I'm proud because I was working this morning and was offered a roll and bacon and said no, and my partners out tonight so I'd normally want to snack but I didn't :)

I had a marshmallow square, some raisins and an apple at breakfast. A yoghurt and banana at lunch and a roll and chicken breast for dinner :0 It felt like bbq weather and I don't have a garden so that was my compromise lol x
 
I was good calorie wise today although not so healthy. I had protein pancakes for breakfast made of banana and egg but they weren't too good. I had a cherry scone for lunch and a cold coffee drink and then stew and a slice of bread for dinner. I then had half a chocolate muffin which I counted in my calories.
 
I'm now at 145 (was 144 but had a wedding on Thursday then a bad weekend). I've started 30 day shred again and I'm on day 2 :) x
 
day 4 of 30 day shred complete and sticking to between 1300-1400 cals a day (and still breastfeeding) :) x
 
I've done day 5 of my 30 day shred now and I'm going to do a run tomorrow. I'm feeling so much fitter now, I think walking a lot helped and now the 30 day shred. 3 weeks tomorrow is my 5k obstacle course- pretty muddy and I feel like I'll be prepared for it :). I keep going over in my calories but I'm not going to stress so long as I'm losing weight because I am still breastfeeding and maybe need a wee bit more than I'm allwing for. My waist has gone from 35 to 32 and my tummy from 40 to 37 so I'm definitely getting smaller as well as losing pounds x
 
Only 10 pounds to go. Excellent work! And losing inches is just as if not more important. Give yourself a pat on the back, or have someone else do it for you. Great job.
 
Thanks you :) my goal weight I've set is the weight I got to a few years ago when I lost weight and was eating well. I think once I get there I might aim for another 5-10 pounds.
 
I've ate terribly today. I had breakfast biscuits at breakfast, then white bread and chicken paste at lunch and a big bowl of spaghetti Bolognese for dinner. I also had a slice of bakewell tart, some baby biscuits, a baby yoghurt, a caramel biscuit, a mini milk, a toffee and a mug shot. :S I did go for a run round the park this morning and I'm just about to do 30 day shred day 8 but food wise I was terrible. My daughter is 1 on Tuesday so I'm going to try and have a 500-800 cal day tomorrow as Tuesday will likely be quite a bad day (going out for lunch then having a tea party at tea time).
 
I've really been sticking to my diet well after my baby's birthday (the day after my last post) I had a few weeks of being terrible and went up a bit. That's my weight back down again now though :).

I've been eating either nothing for breakfast except a coffee and maybe a bit of fruit or something very light (I know it's not recommended but I find I eat better this way). I try and have my three days at work lower cal and that allows me a bit of room to relax on a Saturday.
 
I'm still on track- I had two weeks off work and stayed the same weight so it's been slow and steady but I feel good :) I'm now 139 so under ten stone for the first time in over 3 years :D x I'm eating between 1300-1400 cals most days with an odd bad day and it seems to be working x
 
I've not been amazing today, I forgot my lunch at work and only had £1.20 so the only sandwich I could afford was sausage and egg, for dinner my partner had made pork chops and roast potatoes. I also has a handful of onion rings :s x
 
Thanks :) i was still ok calorie wise.
Yesterday I had bran flakes, then some fruit and I had a microwave meal because our fridge freezer was defrosting and wed used everything! I haven't had microwave meal in a year. Today I had wholemeal ryvitas with coronation tuna, homemade lentil soup and some wholemeal toast. I'm currently 138 x
