Natalie's baby weight loss :)

Thanks, I've had a couple of days off it again, got a little bit drunk last night and couldn't face it, I've still eaten well though and I'm not worrying too much :) x
 
Yesterday I did level two day 8 and was going to do day 9 while my lo was in bed but she's currently not feeling well and asleep on my knee. I got very very drunk on Saturday, and was hungover sunday, I ate toast on sunday for breakfast, then I had an ice cream then sunday dinner but I didn't eat much. On Monday I had an omelette, a bagel and fajitas. Today I had a bagel then some cream pasta and some sticky toffee pudding my oh made a while ago that had to be eaten. It's not awaful but not the best, I'm going to be right back on track again tomorrow. All my clothes are fitting me again which is motivation to keep going.
 
Just did level 2 day 9 with proper weights (instead of tins). It was difficult but felt like a really good workout. I followed it up with a flexibility video from you tube because I'm really unflexible and think working out will just make it worse. I feel amazing after it.

I've not eaten the best today. I woke up early with the baby and felt really tired. I had a bagel and ham (50/50 bagel). I had a cup of tea with sugar. I then went for a sleep with baby and felt yucky after it, I ended up eating another bagel but it was the last one so now they're gone. I went to my mums and had two teas but used sweeteners, then a dairylee triangle. For dinner I had two chicken fajitas so not terrible and some rice pudding.

After dinner though I felt really motivated again and really into it :) xx

My weight at the end of a month is 151. It feels really slow because most was at the start of the month but overall that is 9 pounds so I'm not stressing, plus I've not been the best recently, however feeling very motivated again x
 
I've been terrible :( I've not done any exercise for 13 days, however I'm back on it today :). I've started eating well since sunday- today I had a yoghurt and a banana with some peanut butter for breakfast, cheesy scrambled egg and an apple for lunch and I'm making a puff pastry based veg pizza for dinner. I'm going to just go onto level 3 of the 30 day shred and see how I do :) I've also done a lot of housework which felt like good cardio :) x

Thank's :) I've been eating very well since sunday. I had homemade sugarless pancakes with mackerel for breakfast (I'm not eating much bread but didn't really know how else to eat the mackerel lol, it was surprisingly yummy), I had a yoghurt for a light lunch as it was my brothers birthday, I had steak, potatoes and sweetcorn for dinner with a small amount of birthday cake. Overall quite a good day:). This morning I have had some of the homemade pancakes to finish off the batter, the baby had them with peanut butter but I didn't like the textures together, they're small and fairly healthy. For lunch I may have mushroom soup, not sure about dinner but I have chilli in the freezer so possibly some of that or I may try to cook some sort of curried lentil dish :) x
 
I'm going to set myself some targets for this month:

I'm eating really good this week, although today not enough probably, I had a yoghurt and some coffee then nothing except a handful of nuts till dinner which was a salad (with cold meat, boiled eggs and a small amount of chips).

I'm feeling good though, went shopping and everything in my normal size fitted me, I bought a lovely cami top and shorts for going out on Saturday :) x
 
Feeling really motivated, I've been trying to eat as much whole, unprocessed foods as possible, cutting out sugar and white bread. I think I'm doing ok. I had Weetabix this morning (I've heard wheat should be avoided because it's not got much nutritional value but I had a wee craving for it lol), for lunch we had baby rice cakes with yoghurt and a small amount of peanut butter for the protein. For dinner I've made curried lentil, aubergine and tomato soup :) x
I was 149 this morning so I'm definitely getting back to my normal weight :) only thing is now I've lost the extra fat my stomach looks soft and rounded from having a baby, you couldn't really see it when I was heaver. Luckily it doesnt' stick out much because my muscles went in really quick with breastfeeding :) x
 
Thank you :) I had alcohol at the weekend, and also had pizza on Friday and a burger on Saturday. Yesterday I had toast in the morning which wasn't the best when I'm trying to cut out bread but I had a baked potato for lunch and a really healthy salad with lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, turkey, boiled egg.
This morning I had ryvita with banana and a tiny bit of peanut butter. For lunch I'm going to have an omelette and possibly another salad for lunch, I might try making sweet potato fries for me and the baby at dinner as I bought sweet potatoes, not sure if I like them though x
 
I've been mostly good today. I had ryvita with banana and a small amount of peanut butter and bread for breakfast. I had a scone at lunch since I wasn't feeling well then a kind of thai style curry with pineapple for dinner- it was amazing :) x Only snack was a small square of dark chocolate, I didn't really feel like eating in the middle of the day.
 
I didn't feel well again today- I had my ryvita with banana and small amount of peanut butter for breakfast and half a grapefruit for lunch, I had a veg and noodle stir fry for dinner. I've not had any snacks and I had a glass of milk x
 
I didn't have the best day today, I had rice crispies for breakfast which was alright. For lunch my mum bought me chips though. Dinner was ok, homemade chicken curry- really healthily made. I had a square of dark chocolate and two coffees (with sweeteners in one and only 1 tsp sugar in the other). I was 146 this morning which feels really good, my first stone off. Less than a stone to get to my initial goal then 10 pounds or so possibly after that x
