Hey there. So i didn't do very well for supper last night as I went for dinner with a friend who's leaving town to go back to school. Dinner was gross but it was nice to see her before she left!

Today I am definatley fighting something!!! I couldn't sleep all night, I got about 4 hrs this morning though. I'm kinda naseous but that could've been the burger my dad brought me lunch:( . He was trying to be nice, so I shouldn't complain. I just feel down right awful! I'm going to go to the doc if I don't start feeling better soon. If I could just get some sleep I should feel better. Bye all sorry so down today!

Hey all!! So I'm feeling much better, still a little tired but not so icky! I did pretty good today. I tried to remember to eat and to get back into the swing of things. Work was much better as my boss is back and the other one is on holidays. So I had pretty good day all around. :)

My hubby and I have decided that we need some motivation, so we have decided to go on a vacation. We sold our family motel in feb. and just found out the $ amount today. We are going to save most of it and pay off some debt, but we've never been on a vacation, not even when we got married!! So we have decided to go this January for two weeks!!!! We are thinking the dominican republic!! So I get to do some research and decide for sure. But what an excellent way to celebrate acheiving my goal!!!!! I'm sooo excited! And hubby is finally motivated too!! I guess all it took was a beach, rum and cigars to get his butt movin'!! LOL!! well what ever works!

We were supposed to be camping this weekend, but were totally ditched by my aunt, who aranged the whole thing at the last minute. She never even phoned us my sis did!!!!:mad: So now I have all this camping food to eat, and alot of it as we were feeding about 4 extra people, now it's just us!! But o well them's the breaks! Have a great weekend and I'll post again soon!;)

Hello! so I've had an odd weekend. all of our plans just fell thru for crazy reasons! I told you that camping was cancelled, so I decided to go visit my birth father, weel just as we got there he was called out to deal with a flood at work! He was gone all day on sat. On sunday we decided to get together with my sister and my niece and her family, my parents etc. and have a bbq. Well I was the last to know again that it was off. My dad ate a bad burger and got food posioning!!! They thought it was a nasty flu bug that's been going around, so cancelled everything! He's still not feeling well. So needless to say we were in limbo all weekend, not sure if we should take off and do something or wait for everyone else. :mad: Oh well, I just hope nothing else comes up! And thank goodness we have a long weekend next weekend!!!! It's also my dad's birthday on sat.

I work all week as my co-worker is on holidays. So I'm going to try really hard to stick to a plan this week! I have a seminar on thurs in the city, and a massage on tues. :p SO it should be a good week. I'm going to go for a walk after supper, and we bought a badminton set. I'm a little to competative though :eek: LOL!!! TTFN!!

I really like the Kashi Go Lean Cereals too!! (Mike: You're on target, Kashi is the brand, Go Lean is the type).

Don't sweat it Nanders, we all have those moments (days, weeks, months lol). It's great that you picked yourself up by the bootstraps and got back up! Way to go!
 
Mike....I like the reg. kashi go lean better than the crunch!! It's really crunchy and hurts my teeth! LOL! If ya like puffed wheat than ya should like the kashi. the go lean has about 13 grams protien!!! But don't forget your water!!! where fibre goes water must follow! LOL!!!

Hi!! I slept in this morning so I didn't get any breakfast! I know bad bad:eek: . But I did walk to work, and I really needed the extra 30 mins. of sleep!! I have started my water and hope to finish my first 1.5 litres by 1:00pm. Just havin a snackle, work is slow so far today. I think I'll get some filing done and clean my desk!! bye!:)

hahaha....my boss is out for lunch and it is sooooo quiet in here. the phone has only rang 3 times all day! She's gonna come back and find me sleeping too! It is only 12:40pm here and I have 4hrs to go!! argh! I'm almost done my first bottle of water:p . thinking about what I should have for lunch....sandwhich maybe? Bye!

I seem to have gotten a headache in like the last half an hour! I wish I knew what is going on with me!!!:confused: I'm never all over the place like this, I'm even annoying myself! LOL!!! I have pms but this is crazy!!!! Grrr!! :mad: HaHa! I think I'm gonna bbq some veggies and smokies for supper. Talk to ya tommorrow all!:) Just by looking at the happies you can see i'm a rollercoaster of craziness!
 
So Funny thing happened tonight. I was at the video store and the clerk asked me when I was due and how far along I was!!!!!!! :( I was sooo upset, she felt really bad but good I hope she does! Then I got home and started thinking...... it has been awhile since my last period. :eek: It should be here by now or any day! So I'm going to test tommorrow morning just to be sure! How crazy would that be! Anywho, I'll let ya know. Changed my mind on dinner. TTFN!

Oh, my god! Are you going to get fired or what? You're funny. How about doing some exercises when the boss it out? I guess being a fat guy has some advantages.... we never hear (to my knowledge) "when are you due?"

oh and of course another advantage which is universal with all guys skinny and large is we pee standing up! :D

Pineola...thanks for stoppin in!!!! I like the idea of floor exercises whilst the boss is out! I should def. be stretching b/c I'm at a desk all day with no scheduled breaks! I keep telling boss lady we need a first aid cot in the back for emergencies...such as power naps!LOL! but she just won't do it! :p

Ohappy. thanks girl for being so nice these past few weeks!! I'm really not normally so down and cranky! normally i'm fun really!!!! :D you always do your best to keep me going and I do really appreciate it! Girl you's the bestest!! :)

So crazy crazy crazy day! I took a test this morning, then another one, and finally went to the doctor.....I am officially pregnant! :eek: 5weeks and 2 days! I guess that's why I've been feeling so crappy! My dh and I have been trying to concieve for almost a year! I took the summer off trying as I was at the end of my rope and was very stressed out. It was a long and bumpy road! I gained alot of weight and decided to get healthy and concentrate on it! Well, I guess it worked! LOL!

I'm still in shock it hasn't really hit me yet! I'm happy, but also scared as all hell!! And I was really getting into the whole losing weight thing! I think I'm still gonna stick around here, and keep chatting with all of you. And it helps to make sure I'm eating enough and the right things. So I hope ya all don't mind! I'm doing pretty good today, and lucky me I have a massage tonight!

thanks manola! I'm sooo excited about the baby. I'm not sure about where to go on my vacation now, i'm gonna check with the health nurse and see what she reccommends. :)

I'm doing really well with trying to be healthier! And now I have the motivation that it's not just me I need to be healthy for!! I changed my mind on dinner as I had to work late, and dh ate all the smokie buns!!!I had the option to eat out on the run last night and I went home and made chili instead!! YAY!! I'm actually quite busy at work today so I should go! TTFN!!
