Bad bad bad!!!

August 14,2006 p.m.
So I was doing great until I had problems locking the door at work. It took me 1/2 hr just to get the frigin door to lock. The heat makes it expand and then it doesn't latch!!!! :mad: So I had an ice cream cone about 15mins. and tried again! Then.....I had a moment of weakness, not helped by my darling husband and we ordered pizza!!! Yikes, way to come crashing of the wagon. I'm ashamed to say I thoroughly enjoyed it:eek: . But I'm back on tommorrow!!

Afternoon snack

*I'm off to a good start today! I didn't walk today as my dad is having a bad day. He shows up just before I'm about to leave and offers me a ride. That's how I know. He talks on the way and I listen. He's trying to start his own business so is very stressed. So I must say that's more important than my walk. I'll just have to walk to the pool for aquasize tonight. Well happy day everyone, I post again later!

Hello! I did good yesterday.....Afternoon snack: small ice cream cone. Dinner: BBQ steak, baby tatoes and broccoli. I was good and had air popped popcorn without butter or salt after dinner. We usually watch a movie tuesdays and have lots of microwave popcorn, so I'm happy with the change! We actually started watching HBO's Rome mini series. We only watched the first episode but it look like it will be good. We love the Sopranos!!!!! so thought we'd give it a try. I also walked home from work yesterday, but I didn't go to aquasize. Didn't feel real great about a bathing suit yesterday. And dh wasn't feeling well, so I wanted to stay home with him.

Today I'm doing great, very excited about getting back into it! Happy morning to everyone!

Hi there! so there is no way I've gotten in my cals so far today! I've been so busy today at work. I love being busy, and I'm rackin in the cash, but something's gotta give. I've learned how to eat and type at the same time. :p But I still have dinner and my evening snack. So I might just make it!
Tonight I'm just going to relax, dh has to work so I'm going to watch a foriegn film I rented, he hates them! lol! Now I just have to hold myself accountable for eating healthy tonight! ;) TTFN!

Thanks for stopping by my diary.

I don't know what to tell you about your man. It is very difficult. I kind of have the same problem except mine just has a few lbs to lose, but he is a diabetic and I worry about him. Bottom line is he has to want to do it. All you can do is let him know you are there to exercise with, try new healthy foods with or talk about his issues. Has he seen a Dr. about the chest pains? That is concerning.

Having a good morning food wise! I didn't walk today as I was almost late.

Work... I need to vent sorry! My boss is on holidays this week, so my co-worker seems to think she's in charge! She's not overly pushy with me, but she slacks off so bad!!!:mad: I've had to do everything myself, she's doesn't even answer the phone unless i'm on it. She sits there and surfs the net. She's been leaving whenever she chooses. Tuseday she had an insurance seminar and was supposed to be in by noon, she arrived at 2 had to run some errands in the city! Yesturday she was here until 10am, then went window shopping, came back at 11am went for lunch at 12:30, came at 1:30, left again at 3 to buy groceries!!! Then left about 15mins early!!! Today she came in turnes her computer on and left again. This time her daughter is coming home a day early so she wanted finish cleaning her daughters house before she got home. So who knows how long she'll be!!! But at least I'm racking in the sales, but I'm still very unsure of some things as I'm fairly new, so I've been very frustated just trying to figure things out.!

Thanks for letting me vent!!! I felt like I was going to explode! ahhh I feel soo much better. I'm actually quite proud of myself, I can run this entire office by myself pretty well:p !! I didn't think I could do that!!! Well I need to phone some clients back so take care and happy day everyone!

hey! Great job on your weight loss so far! And really good job on trying to fit breakfast in :)

Might I make a suggestion though, about the bagels... those are loaded with calories...3-400. If you're aware of thise and take it into account with your daily calorie allowance then great. I'd suggest eating something that might have the same amount of calories (or less) but might be a little more nutritious...I usually have multi-grain toast, or oatmeal.

I notice that sometimes you eat cereal too which is great:) Keep up the great work!!!

About the bagels :eek: they are my weakness! I only eat the tim horton's toasted ones, not store bought so I'm sure they are even worse!!! As they are massive!:eek: But I'm working on cutting them out. That with an xl double double coffee,....it used to be an everyday occurance during the week, but now I'm limiting myself to three a week, next week I'll strive for two and so on. My cals are usually really low, so I think I'm okay, or maybe I'm just trying to justify it!:p Thanks for the suggestion though I really do appreciate it! stop by any time!

I had a very bad headache this morning, luckily I didn't have to be in to work until 1pm.. so I didn't eat very well this morning. I get naseous(sp?) when I get headaches. I'm also grumpy b/c I'm all crampy and just want to be left alone:mad:.

But i'm feeling much better now that my headaches gone!!! I'm going out for greek food tonight!!! I love greek food, so I'll have to be careful, I usually eat till I feel sick:( I'm definately low on my cals today so I'll be okay!!!! Well, I'm busy all weekend so I might not past for a bit!

It looks like you're doing great:) I know how hard it can be to cut out something you really love to eat. I had a hard time this weekend, I didn't do TOO badly but not great but today's a new day :)

Hello Everyone!! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! I did okay eatin the greek food. I didn't eat near enough cals on friday so I made up for it friday night! I had a baked french onion soup as they didn't have any of this greek soup I like. I also had some pita w/t ztazitki (sp?) and lamb souvlaki in pita. No greek salad. So I did pretty good.

Saturday was a very lazy as I wasn't feeling very good. I had a crossiant and coffee for breakfast. Some left over lasange with pita for lunch. About 5 mini eggs, 2 white choco reese peanut butter cups, an ice cream cone, and a ham & chicken stromboli for supper. I didn't drink any water!!! I was at my parents and my dad is a junk food junkie! So I did pretty well considering it could have been alot worse!!!

Sunday I did okay....I went for brunch with friends and had the buffett. I did very good! I had two plates. One with eggs, 3 slices bacon, a few hash browns, and a piece of french toast. And the othher with fruit and a small piece of strudel, with water and coffee. I had a steak with gr.beans and garden tatoes for supper. I took the dog for a 45min walk and had a few handfuls of plain popped popcorn with gatorade for an evening snack.

Today I got up late, and have'nt eaten yet. I'm just doing housework today so I should burn some cals!

Well not enough cals again today! But I did walk the dog after dinner for about 20 mins. I have heartburn tonight so I'm taking it easy. I made my gravy with low sodium beef broth instead of the fat drippings and it was really good. I luv the yorkshire's!! I'm going to go watch the tele and have a snackle, maybe an ice cream thingy they are only 90 cals:) . Good night!

by the sounds of things your doing great though. I honestly don't know how I would be at a buffet now. I have (had) a tendecy to try to get as much of my money's worth as possible. You did great though, congrats on your progress so far :)
 
Hey hey mike! I know I need to eat lunch and some more snacks. I'm not getting near enough cals in everyday. About the buffet....I am the cheapest person ever! I always go for the good deal! and end up eating too much. Super size that? sure it's a good deal. And buffets are a weight loss nightmare! I'm very proud of myself this time:) Thanks for stoppin by!

Today I'm doing better getting in my cals. I had an awesome breakfast and feel much better for it now! Go figure:p . I have'nt been feeling very good the last couple of days though. I don't know why but I'm very tired all the time, I'm having trouble sleeping, I'm bloated and feel huge!!, and I'm just not hungry, I don't even feel like eating! I think I might be fighting some sort of bug, so I am taking it easy as per exercise. Still trying to get my walks in though. I'm going to drink a ton of water in the next to few days to try to flush it out. Hopefully whatever it is it passes soon, ao I can get back to business.
