It was another hard day today. I should know that when I fall off the wagon, even for just a day or 2 it is SO hard getting back on!! I AM going to write down what I ate and calories today to make myself accountable to it!
Breakfast:Bagel w/ Butter 350
Snack: 10 Almonds 100 (see it was a good start)
Lunch: Croissant Sandwich 350 AND Carrots and Dip 150 AND Turkey Breast 150
Supper: 2 bagels w/ light cream cheese 700 AND Croisant 200 AND Icetea 200
Total Calories: 2200 WAHH!!! Not good.
I WILL do better tomorrow!
