It was another hard day today. I should know that when I fall off the wagon, even for just a day or 2 it is SO hard getting back on!! I AM going to write down what I ate and calories today to make myself accountable to it!

Breakfast:Bagel w/ Butter 350
Snack: 10 Almonds 100 (see it was a good start)
Lunch: Croissant Sandwich 350 AND Carrots and Dip 150 AND Turkey Breast 150
Supper: 2 bagels w/ light cream cheese 700 AND Croisant 200 AND Icetea 200

Total Calories: 2200 WAHH!!! Not good.

I WILL do better tomorrow!

Your diary is very motivating. We all need to have our "treat meal/day" once in a while but in general you look like you're staying right on track. Keep up the awesome work!

I finally got myself back on track today so I am happy about that. I still didn't run which I am not happy about but atleast my eating was good. Tomorrow is the weigh-in. I am still hopeful I lost a tiny bit but that may be wishful thinking.

What I ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ butter 350
Snack: 10 Almonds 100
Lunch: Michelina Pasta 290
Snack: 10 Almonds 100
Supper: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350
Snack: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350 (bet you can't guess that I love bagels haha)

Total Calories: 1540
 
I am very happy to announce that I DID actually lose this week, not much but atleast it isn't a gain or stayed the same. I lost 0.6 pounds. My Precise weight is 149.6
This also means that I have made it to my mini goal!
My new Mini Goal is 145 by September 25! That's 5 pounds in 4 weeks. I am hoping to do atleast 6 pounds but want to make sure I get the 5 pounds done. This will also bring me past my halfway mark again and will be my lowest weight since starting my weightloss journey.

My Starting Weight in Nov, 07: 168 lbs
My Current Weight: 149.6 lbs (Up 9 pounds)
My First Mini Goal: 155 lbs by January 31 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Second Mini Goal: 148 (my half way mark) by March 19 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Third Mini Goal: 143 lbs by April 9 *Not Accomplished
My Fourth Mini Goal: 150 by August 27 *ACCOMPLISHED*
My Fifth Mini Goal: 145 by September 25
My Ultimate Goal: 128 (Lose 40 Pounds then see if I need to lose more or not)

I am happy with myself today. I went out to a restaurant for lunch. We were going to go to Moxies at first but they did not have any nutritional facts on their website! So we changed and went to Boston Pizza. I had the 7 cheese ravioli which is only 490 calories, I didn't finish the entire thing AND I did not have the garlic bread! I am eating too many carbs but I love them and I know exactly how many calories I am eating with them and they are super easy!
I also ran 30 minutes (3min run, 1 min walk intervals) and went kayaking!

What I ate/ Rough Calories:
Breakfast: Bagel w/ butter 350
Lunch: Ravioli 490
Supper: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350 and Carrots and dip 70
Snack: Bagel w/ Light Cream Chesse 350

Total Calories: 1610
 
Another good day and I am feeling so good. I did not run or anything but I ate very well and am very optimistic, I can't wait for weigh-in day and it's still nearly a week away!

What I ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ butter 350
Snack: 4 bites of apple (had a really busy day at work) 25
Lunch: Half pita sandwich w/ turkey and Cheese 275 and Carrots and Dip 100
Snack: 2 slices of Turkey 50
Snack: 2 cups smoothie 220
Supper: Potstickers w/ dip 540

Total Calories: 1560

Oops forgot to add that I had a Coke Zero which has zero calories and one skittle (yes I do mean ONE skittle) so lets see maybe 5 calories for that so my actual total is

I am very proud of myself for eating so well today. I did not run but was up and about for several hours of the day. I didn't sleep much last night (out late, had to wake up early) so I was a bit tired to do much (excuses, excuses).

What I ate/ Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350
Lunch: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350 and 1 cup Smoothie 170
Supper: 2 Pita Pizzas 600
Snack: Hot Apple Cider 80

Total Calories: 1550
 
What a great weekend! I am so proud that I did not cheat ONCE on my 'diet'! I did not do as well as I would like to in the exercise department but hopefully will get into that more and more.

What I ate/ Rough Calories
Breakfast: Bagel w/ light Cream Cheese 350
Lunch: Grilled Chicken wrap 450 (I actually think it was less than that but I would rather over estimate)
Snack: 1 cup mini carrots 50
Supper: 2 Bagels w/ Light Cream Cheese 700 (I am addicted to them) and 2 Slices Turkey 50

Total Calories: 1600

I have a horse show next week which can make it very difficult to eat well as sometimes you are too nervous to eat and other times you just want to eat the greasy food from the food stands. I plan to make myself a smoothie in the morning for breakfast (can bring it with me as I drive and get ready), I can probably have one eggburger there for lunch (bout the same as a egg burger thing from mcdonalds which is roughly 310 calories though I will bump that up and put it down as being 400)
So so far that is 220 for the smoothie plus 400 for the eggburger which leaves me at 660 So I will try to bring a long like a 100 calorie snack yet so that brings me up to 760 and I will have 840 left for supper.

haha Thanks. I am so bad about how much I love bagels! I know I should cut back but with the light STRAWBERRY cream cheese it is just impossible to resist!

My horse is now over on the horse show grounds so the tough eating test is about to begin! My mom is making egg salad sandwiches for tomorrows lunch so I need to figure out their calorie content, but that should be good.

Had a GREAT day at my horse show today. My horse was wonderful and we had two clear jumping rounds (did not knock any rails down). On top of that I ate very well! I am even a touch under my calorie 'limit' because I was just too full to eat anymore!

What I Ate/Rough Calories
Breakfast: Smoothie 220
Lunch: Breakfast Bun (bacon, cheese, egg, bun) 400, Smoothie 200
Supper: Egg Salad Sandwiches 650
Snack: Carrots 50

Total Calories: 1520

Weigh in is tomorrow. My dad did not realize that I had started eating well and losing weight again and today he asked me if I was losing weight again! So yay it's starting to show! I also tried on a pair of pants that I bought near the end of my last weight loss in April. I had tried them on 3 weekish ago and they did NOT fit. I tried them on last night and they fit again!!! I am going to measure myself next week (4 weeks into my weightloss) and see if I have changed in that area!
 
Had another great show day today and a GREAT weigh in!!! I was absolutely shocked when I looked down at the scale and saw 145! That's a 4.6 pound weight loss in one week! I made my mini goal that I set to reach at the END of SEPTEMBER!!

Lunch: Breakfast bun 400
Snack: Smoothie 300
Supper: 2 Bagels w/ Light Cream Cheese 700

My horse show went fairly well today. I ate ok, not amazing but not bad.

Breakfast: Smoothie 220
Lunch: Half an Edo Japan 450
Snack: Smoothie 300 (I think that is a bit high for it, it's just a guess)
Supper: Bagel w/ Light Cream Cheese 350 and Turkey Slices 100 and Ice Tea (grr) 180

Total Calories: 1600
 
Yay for being in a healthy range! That's great & you are really chugging along on your goal list! Fantastic :)
 
Had a great day at the show! I just could not eat breakfast this morning. I was prepared to make my smoothie but it just made me sick to think of eating so early (when really it was not earlier than a regular day). We have family down for this next week so I will really have to watch myself!

Lunch: Breakfast Bun 400
Supper: Corn on the Cob 155 and Steak 170 and Potatoes w/ butter 400
Dessert: Half a small Peanut Butter Square Thing 200

Wow, I must of calculated wrong yesterday when decided what I had left for the evening. I thought at most I was at 1600 to MAYBE 1650. Whoopsie Daisies!
