My weight loss rollercoaster!

Had a good day!

Ok, so the last couple of days have been a bit rough, from missing my boyfriend to having a major panic during a workout! But its now all in the past and have had a much better day! :hurray:

Had a training session with Rick, but beofre actually training, he wanted to have a chat about the other day. He wanted to know what happened and why I went from working hard to losing interest, when we were doing boxercise which is something i enjoy. Basically I explained what happened. His reaction was "You muppet", he said that it completely didnt register because he thought we had dealt with that weeks ago! But he said that I should have told him then and there and we could have finished the session somewhere else. He also made me talk about what i was thinking and feeling then tried to make me feel better about stuff. Looking back i should have told him straight away! After the chat, we went and did a session, he took me to the park...it was empty!

So today's food and exercise update:

Brekkie: Fruit and berries
Snack: Sunflower seeds and half banana
Lunch: Prawn salad
Snack:cottagfe chees and 2 rice cakes
Dinner: salmon and prawn stir fry

Exercise: Workout with Rick - 20mins running, 20min resistance/strength etc and 15mins boxercise!

Weigh day tomorrow!

Glad it worked out well. Your food looks really good. I think I'll buy a smoothie machine. :)
 
Weigh day! Lost 1kg today! Little bit dissapointed because thought I would have lost more, but cant really complain. One step closer to my first mini-goal, 15kg!

Food today has been ok;

Brekkie: 1 boiled egg,
Snack fruit smoothie
Lunch: smoked salmon salad
Snack sunflower seeds and berries
Dinner: chicken sheekh kebab (hommemade) and salad with youghurt

Exercise: After weighing myself this morning I decided to go to the gym. Did 45 mins cardio and then 25mins resistance (mainly upperbody, legs sore from last workout!)

Relaxing Sunday

Had a pretty relaxing day today. Never ever thought a relaxing day would include a trip to the gym!!!!

I'm happy foodwise that today went well, probably should start recording how much water I drink each day! Will start from tomorrow!

Brekkie: 2 egg white omlette
Snack: peach/apricot yoghurt
Lunch: Chicken stir fry
Snack: Sunflower seeds
Dinner: Steak, tomatoes and mushrooms

Decided to go to the gym and do some cardio! Was there for over an hour, bumped into Rick my trainer, didnt realise he was working today! Anyway he practically forced me onto the treadmill, which I had planned to avoid. He said if i wanted to do a boxing session with him later this week then i had to do at least 20min intervals on the treadmill....my idea of hell! I did it, didnt enjoy it but got it done!
