My Weight Loss Progress

here are a few pictures of my progress since late september, early october (when I started) I have gotten as far as I can get, now I need to add a diet too it, and start more jogging, when I started I was walking and out of breath quick, now I walk 3 miles aday and I dont even break a sweat, and I am jogging a quater mile a day. (small but its a start)

The last picture, I posted is my current photo, I took it this week, and I am feeling I can finally see a differnce, in my appearance. I put a pair of trousers on that I hadnt worn since I started losing, and they fall off, I am so excited =)

Wow this is amazing! How how?? Now you need to add diet?! You lost all this weight with just exercise??! I'm impressed I started where you are at 270lbs in May 2006 and I've been doing Diet and Exercise and I've only lost 30 pounds. How did you lose it all so quickly? And you don't break a sweat anymore?? I'm truely amazed. I do three miles a day about 5 times a week and I still break a sweat. What's your secret??!! LOL

Congrats on the success it's amazing and i know it feels amazing.
 
thanks for all the comments, it makes me feel so good about losing the weight. But before I started to lose weight I never moved much except at the weekends, and I would pig out with my boyfriend on weekends when he came up, so I got pretty heavy. So when he went on deployment I told myself that I would lose the weight before he got home (which is april) I started just walking 1/2 a mile a night, then I started walking to and from work everyday, so work is 1 1/5 away, and then I do 8 hours in the deli (yes I work in a deli hah) and then I walk home 1 1/5 miles each night, and I have lowered my food intake, I feel like I need to start a diet now cause I have gotten to a stand still, I am cutting my caffine to niltch, which is gonna kill me cause I am addicted to it, (its also making me bloat) but yes, as of tomorrow its more exercise and atkins diet, :D

Also one thing that has been great is that, I dont have a massive double chin anymore, and I am noticing things about my body that I had never noticed before, I wish I would have tried to lose weight before. :D This is my first real diet.
 
You're looking fantastic! You have a beautiful face structure, which is really apparant in that last photo! :D Congrats, I wish I could motivate myself to exercise that much - it obviously works pretty damn well!
 
hey well I havent posted in a a month really, I have been really busy,( I decided to add to my old thread instead of starting a new one) I have lost more weight, I am now doing 40 sit ups a day, where as 3 months ago I couldnt even do one, So I am happy, I do 20 in th emorning and 20 at night. I can now run 1/4 a mile, not much but a start.

I am down to 198, and I am happy. :D (I have been changing between 195-198 depending on day)

I found a picture from when I started and at my heaviest. Will post that now, and post a more recent picture of me after.

I tried the atkins diet for a week, but that wasnt the diet for me, So I am cutting my calories and moving around more. Things are going good, Im losing about or at least 2-3 lbs a week.

Does anyone have an opinons on other exercises to flaten your stomach except for situps?!
