here are a few pictures of my progress since late september, early october (when I started) I have gotten as far as I can get, now I need to add a diet too it, and start more jogging, when I started I was walking and out of breath quick, now I walk 3 miles aday and I dont even break a sweat, and I am jogging a quater mile a day. (small but its a start)
The last picture, I posted is my current photo, I took it this week, and I am feeling I can finally see a differnce, in my appearance. I put a pair of trousers on that I hadnt worn since I started losing, and they fall off, I am so excited =)
