My weight loss diary!

I am still here guys!

Breakfast-

20 Baby Carrots
3 Tbsp Cranberry juice with 2 cups ice water

Lunch-
Chicken Veggie Soup- 220 Calories

Snack-
1 Finn Crisp Cracker- 26 cals
1 orange

Dinner:
2 Ribs (not a rack, a rib) with korean bbq sauce and a little bit more rib meat
1 tbsp White rice
1/2 cup salad with calorie wise dressing
2 Strawberries for dessert

After diner at about 10 I was feeling really hungry from all the exercise I got today so I had some trail mix which that I ton of calories, but I only ate the pumpkin seeds so I don't know how much they were. xP


Exercise- 45 bicep curls 45 for each arm with a 15 lb weight
2 hours synchronized swimming
3 miles on my elliptical on training mode. It took forty minutes because it told you how fast to go and some of it was squatting and stuff. Burned 270 calories.
