Here are some pics that i took yesterday. I have been back in the gym for about a solid week. I'm determined to stick with it and make as much progress as possible. My job has me at sea for several months at a time (where i currently am) so I have no excuses for not hitting the gym everyday. The only downfall is that I don't have as much control over my diet as i would like. It's not too bad but could definitely be better. This is my starting point and I have also started a journal (Bryanlee's Journal) so i look forward to sharing my progress with you guys. You opinions are welcome
