My Starting Pics

Here are some pics that i took yesterday. I have been back in the gym for about a solid week. I'm determined to stick with it and make as much progress as possible. My job has me at sea for several months at a time (where i currently am) so I have no excuses for not hitting the gym everyday. The only downfall is that I don't have as much control over my diet as i would like. It's not too bad but could definitely be better. This is my starting point and I have also started a journal (Bryanlee's Journal) so i look forward to sharing my progress with you guys. You opinions are welcome :) (as if that ever stopped anyone, lol)

Sorry completely random, but from you're picturing i'm guessing you ride? what do you ride? I have an R6
 
Schmitty - Yes i do ride as you can tell from my avatar. The bike i am on in my avatar is an 03' F4i. Which is a great track bike by the way. I also have an R1, but i will be trading that in for a new R6 once i get back onto dry land. I like the smaller bikes as they are a little more nimble and fit my riding style better.

Big Tom - My main goal is to just keep going and to not stop for anything. Aside from that i want to cut a good bit of the body fat and tone up. I will most likely want to put on a little mass after that, but i will have to make that decision when the time comes i guess.

NoSweat - My stats are as follows (what i know for sure at least):
Age: 26
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 183

I am going to have a friend take my measurements later on today and i will post it all on my journal. I welcome any comments or suggestions.
 
hey I had my nipples peirced! I also had them just clamp me about a year ago when I was getting a tatoo. I know- TMI.

I will put my ego aside and say that if anyone ever tells you that nipple rings "don't hurt", they are lying bastards.
 
Ok it has been about a month since i posted my starting pictures here and i am just looking for some opinions. It's hard to notice a whole lot when you see yourself everyday. Let me know what you think. Also, I have been trying to find an accurate way to attain my BF%, but they all seem to be so varied. I have gotten results from 14% to 25% depending on the website. I dont have calipers, but i hear that if pretty accurate. Anyone have a guess from looking at my pics?
