My slimming journey

You know, people say if you can get through it for 20 minutes that you'll forget about it and won't crave it anymore, but there have been times where I did that and it just kept going.
I think that's when you decide to give in but only with a SMALL amount to curb the craving and prevent future binging. That's what I would do anyways.
 
I totally clicked on your sig and found the Team Challenge thing...sent Omega a message to see if we could start up another one perhaps. Looks really good!

Oh a challenge would be awesome! I find that it puts me in over drive mode and more determined to lose weight.

Cory this is an everyday struggle for me as I am truly a chocoholic. Really really bad weakness for chocies. But so far soo good.


Today is Saturday and I'm totally exhausted. Finally launched our new websites last night and it hit 923 views in the first day - Amazeballs!! However today I'm feeling utterly exhausted and just wanna crawl back in bed. But I can't as I have 3 wedding albums to design today. SIGH

I forgot to weigh today so will clock in tomorrow. Still no trampoline and hoping to get it out today :)

That Is AWESOME that you’ve quite smoking! Huge congrats there. So proud of you. :)
 
Yesterday I had only 2 meals instead of 3. Was soooo busy that I didn't see the time fly by. Had breakie at 10 and lunch at 17h30. Later on only had an orange.

102.4kg(225.7lbs) on the scale this morning.

I'm still waiting for that famous trampoline - so today I'm getting it myself. Will be very careful with my back and just get it out.

Need to start exercising as I'm sooooo unfit. When I walk up the stairs in the house I'm so out of breath. This coming from a person that used to be a top athlete all my life at school and martial artist after school where you do like military fitness.

So ashamed to see where I am today and where I came from. I had muscle definition and was lean and mean :) but this year is the road to recovery.

Yesterday was a busy day and I designed 2 wedding albums and booked 2 weddings!! Yeah! But then found out another photographer has been contacting my brides that have already booked with us via Facebook. SERIOUSLY!! SERIOUSLY!!
Wanted to contacted them and say back the hell off!!! But then I took a deep breath and thought rather not.

Had wayyyy too many coffees yesterday - Like 8 cups! Just had sooo much work to do.

My coccyx issue is kinda getting worse. All the sitting is killing me and I'm in pain. I know it's the weight and obviously the sitting but if the weight was less I'm sure it wouldn't be this bad. I have a coccyx pillow but somehow it ain't doing the job.

Monday today and hoping for a good drop this week!!

I get coccyx pain sometimes too, but usually only if I sit on the floor for a really long time.

Good luck with the trampoline!
