Hey, hey its Friday!!! Hope everybody had a fab Valentine's day!!
First things first......I'm down 10.3kg!!!!!

So stoked!
Been on my new eating healthy path for 6 weeks now and:
* I'm down 10.3kg(22.7lbs)
* Had no chocolates or any sugar for that matter
* No McD's
* No eating after 9pm
* No Greek pies
* Increased fruit & veg consumption
Fall short on:
* Exercise
* Was hoping to have reached my first target of 95kg(209.4lbs) by yesterday but I'm still 700g (1.5lbs) off.
On other news
2 days ago we went on a 3 hour walk through a stunning archaeological site where I took some awesome pix and hubby did a video. We climbed up and down things, jumped off rocks and I didn't even get tired - considering I hardly do any exercise. When we reached the point of the lighthouse which was the border of the site I saw a path next to the beach where people run and walk and we agreed that we will go there often starting today. Today we woke up and it's pouring outside with a bit of hail - even my cat refuses to go out.
I'm really feeling so good and positive and determined at the moment that I can actually taste the me being 40kg(88lbs) lighter.
Also reading your diaries and the support from you guys is another driving force and it means a great deal to me. So just a small shout out to all of you for the amazing support:
