thanks for popping into my diary! I thought I would come catch up on your's too. I have just been SO busy lately that I haven't had much time to be on the forum, I am hoping that next week will be better as my co-worker is back from holiday's and I have had to cover her.
I must agree with Cate in regards to the deviations. I know that it doesn't seem like much to have some Biltong or pumpkin but it will do you harm. You might still loose weight but it will get your hormones out of wack and this will cause you to loose weight at a MUCH slower pace. I can tell you by first hand expereince that it is just not worth it. I find that being 100% deviation free gives me an edge and boosts me to keep going. I am also a bit of a perfectionist and I like to do things properly.
We have nearly the same amount to loose and when I weight in on Monday I will update my ticker. I am hoping for a nice big chunck to be gone. I guess it doesn't really matter how much I loose though as what matters is that I am going to stay on the plan till I finish. I might go a bit lower than my goal but I will see when I get there.

but that was way back. I haven't had a puff of anything for about 24 years, except passively. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I still love the smell of a cigar though.
