...aannndd I'm back....
OK, My Summer hiatus is over.
Many thanks to those of you who popped in to lend support while I was away. I'll be checking in to see how you're doing as well.
I took off two weeks and played. I ate out at restaurants, drank my beer and some tequila, had a party or two, did some ocean fishing, didn't work out, and lived like I formerly did. The end result? I had a good time.
I also felt like sh*t a lot (my brain enjoyed the deviation in my diet, but my body did NOT). I have been ready to restart healthy eating for several days now. In the end I gained... a lot. I now am down only 98 pounds, so I get the pleasure of losing a total of 100 lbs AGAIN.
Anyway. I am back at it. I don't have a plan yet, but will recommit starting today.
My goals for today were to:
1. Weigh in and use my spreadsheet
2. log in here and be honest.
3. Try to drink 1-2 gallons of water.
4. Cut the SALT
5. Reset my Eating "don't"s List (no simple carbs, processed sugars, eating after 6pm, etc)
6. Work out tonight.
1 and 2 are done.
