Nice work there, any chance of other pictures though? It's hard to judge progress by just biceps and abs, maybe some chest, back and legs?

you gained 9 pounds of muscle in a month and it looks like you've actually decreased you bf%?

I'm taking this girl to her prom. I just found out that there is a pool party afterwards. So I'm thinking I need to look good. I don't know where to start...I'm guessing I should focus on abs...but should I just bulk and try and build bigger abs or do a little dieting to get them to show?
