Working out today and I decided to take a standard body picture of me and compare it with the picture I took a couple months ago, which I probably should have posted up here.
This pic was taken when I finally said screw it, I'm going to start working out! I had no machines, no tools, and no knowledge. I was pretty much just doing whatever I could in my room to move my body. The toque is to keep the hair out of my face, although now my hair has grown out and I don't need it anymore
So this was 140, at that pesky plateau:
And this is about 3 months later at a 135 plateau but of healthy diet and cardio/weight training every 2nd day.. Took these pictures about 15 minutes ago:
(Ignore the placement of my Pulp Fiction poster please

)
There's not MUCH difference because I didn't have too much fat to lose, but I think I look more fit, yes? It's weird, my stomach looks flat in those pictures, but when I look down at it, it's all bumpy. It's messing with my head! And my arms obviously toned up, maybe too much?
I don't know why, but these past few days have been hell on the elliptical, just 5 minutes is making my heart pound, when 5 minutes used to be nothing at all. It's kind of depressing.
