My Pics :)

lovelymachine: Awesome! I'm actually 135 right now, so 130 will be even better :) Good luck on your goals!

burneeed: No more Katie huh? :smilielol5:

Megaman6000: LOL Thanks!

Working out today and I decided to take a standard body picture of me and compare it with the picture I took a couple months ago, which I probably should have posted up here.

This pic was taken when I finally said screw it, I'm going to start working out! I had no machines, no tools, and no knowledge. I was pretty much just doing whatever I could in my room to move my body. The toque is to keep the hair out of my face, although now my hair has grown out and I don't need it anymore :p

So this was 140, at that pesky plateau:

And this is about 3 months later at a 135 plateau but of healthy diet and cardio/weight training every 2nd day.. Took these pictures about 15 minutes ago:

(Ignore the placement of my Pulp Fiction poster please :rotflmao:)

There's not MUCH difference because I didn't have too much fat to lose, but I think I look more fit, yes? It's weird, my stomach looks flat in those pictures, but when I look down at it, it's all bumpy. It's messing with my head! And my arms obviously toned up, maybe too much? :coolgleamA:

I don't know why, but these past few days have been hell on the elliptical, just 5 minutes is making my heart pound, when 5 minutes used to be nothing at all. It's kind of depressing.

in the words of Reverend Brown: you look so good, someone ought to put you on a plate and sop you up with a biscuit

Wow, you're a real inspiration!

Your waist size is one I would dream of having! Hopefully I will have it someday!

Keep up the great work! Also, what were your 2 jobs?

Thanks all!

Job 1) Motel Housekeeper. I did that for 2 years (believe it or not) and I was the fastest bed maker in town!

Job 2) Overnight Walmart Fashion Processor. 3 years here so far. 40 hours a week, I'm lifting, power walking, pulling, pushing, crouching.. it's quite a workout! My job is that I stock all the clothing in the store.

Hey! I have to ask you about job #1... What's the weirdest thing you have ever come across cleaning rooms? Or weirdest things? I have always wondered that!

About Job 2... I was actually seriously considering a job like this when I get home because A) I have the day to myself, B) I am a night owl and C) I'm not that good with people lol. ... The only things holding me back are the facts that I would be a female pretty much alone in a store (except for some guys probably) in the middle of the night, and also if it would make me have weird sleep habits. But I'd like to get more info on it all.

Thanks for the reply!

Job 1: Oh you don't wanna even know! LOL You asked for the weirdest thing, but most of the stories I have are just plain gross. I worked with a bunch of old ladies of course, and one time they assigned me and room and told me at the beginning of my shift, "There was a police raid in there last night and the cops destroyed the room. The guy wasn't in there, but he could be now." Oh THANKS guys, make me go up and there and check if there's some drug lunatic hiding in the room. Well the guy wasn't there, but the room was completely ripped apart from the cops, there was crap all over the room, stuff written on the mirrors, about 500 empty cans.. Took me 2 hours to clean that one room. I have so many stories from that job..

Job 2: This job is awesome! I'm a night owl and not good with people either, and that's why I took it. When I first got the job I was sort of worrying about the "all guys" thing too, but at my store it's almost all women. My managers are women. The night crew can be pretty big depending on the size of store. My crew has about 20 people, but I've heard even as much as 40 (probably for supercenters). So even though it's 4am and you're stocking, it doesn't feel all dead and empty in the place. It's busy at night and the best thing is no customers! (Unless you have a 24/hr store). For the most part I enjoy my job. Especially since I work with clothes and not something boring like hardware. :)

Been a while since I've posted an update pic, so here is the latest one.. Is there ANY difference? lol Boy those last 10 pounds are sure hard to get off!!

Hey!

Yeah I can imagine that the last few are the toughest... But I personally think you're fine where you are!! Your stomache is a perfect hourglass shape and I definitely see a difference!

Thanks for answering my questions about your jobs! I'd be scared to work at a hotel after reading all of those 'dead body in the matress' stories on Snopes! You've got guts hehe.

I found a list of 30 outdoorsy jobs on the Survivorman forums, maybe I could get something like that to boost my activity!

Excellent work!
