My No-Counting Weight Loss

I have tried just about every named diet out there but the best one that works for me counts portions. I wrote about it a few posts back. But it is now August and I've been trying to lose this weight earnestly since April. All I have done is maintain around the 160 lb mark.

As for trying all possible diets and non diets - weightloss comes down to burning more calories than you need. Are you absolutely sure that you consistently eat less calories than you burn?

What I also see is that some people hold on to fat when they are very stressed (regardless what they eat). And if overtrained, it is possible that your body fights any attempt to lose weight.

Thanks for dropping by, Sweat Daily! I like your 2nd answer. It's the most blameless one for me.

I believe I am eating less calories than I burn but I guess I must not be, huh? I don't think I could stand to micro-count them at this point though.

Perhaps I am making miniscule progress that looks like stagnation/plateau?

Sigh.
