My new weight diary!!!!

lol im eating the right amount now :)

so heres how yesterday went....

B - cereal with fresh cranberry juice
S - cup of tea/ biscuit (mid morning energy boost)
L - fajita wrap (chicken/lettuce)
S - small bacon sandwich :(
D - chicken stir fry (with noodles)
S - cup of tea

so i went pretty well (apart from the bacon sandwich!) i ate 6 small meals which i found hard before but im feeling great an the moment! :)
