My name is charles, and i'm a foodaholic

HUGE fall off the wagon, today is a new day right?

Hello my friends, I've been away for awhile, long story short I completely erased any good i've done in the past here in the last 6 or 7 months. I got all the way down to 198...sadly and for so many reasons, I'm back up to about 245 or so, though I'm afraid to get back on the scale..it really sucks after all the work I did to be right back where I started, but I suppose these things happen for a reason, glad to be back, starting tomorrow I'll be losing again like the days of old :)

No better time to start than now!

And being a seasoned vet, I'm sure you have alot of knowledge to offer.

Looking forward to your progress.

Take care!

ok so..

here we go, since my last post i've been trying to diet a bit to lower myself down to an acceptable weight to run for the sake of my legs anyways, it's been wishy washy at best, I've never been much of a dieter without the added benefit of strength training and cardio..in any case I decided i'd give it up yesterday and start working out again, so I went to the gym over lunch break and did chest and back, pretty light stuff for a couple weeks just to get the soreness out, today I did legs, I've also found a cool app on my droid called myfitnesspal, just an easier way to log and keep track of what's going in and out of your body, I really like it because it syncs between your phone and pc..worth checking out if you're into things like that. Can't wait to get back to a comfortable running weight again as I've found that to be my favorite cardio activity, though riding my bike is good too. Cheers!

Today was an off day for strength training, doesn't really do me any good to go into the gym with really sore muscles...ate pretty well all day, maintaining about a 700 calorie deficit, going for a walk here in a few. cheers!
