I saw that you like chinese food, me too and I have a great recipe for healthy seseme chicken if you want it, I look forward to seeing you around, talk to you later girl!

Thank you for the message! =D Ofcourse we are weight loss buddy's! We motivate each other. Yes, I like the menu forum. I totally forgot about the yoghurt, that I can eat that with food. Also the shake is very good.. Seseme chicken, it sounds tasty.. but isn't it too much kcal? o_O

HAHAH yes thats the best part! Everyone should at least have gotten motivated and lost some weight even may it be small. Each day gets us closer to our goals in life, anda happier one without the unwanted baggage hehe

Wow.... almost 20 lbs....
I just keep going from 10 lbs lost to 14 lbs lost..
I just got out of this numbers!!! So happy that I logged right in to type my measurements..

I think 21 inches makes more differences than 20 lbs!!!!
You have lost much much more! Good luck to you too!

I have lost 21 in. but only 2 lbs in the last 6 weeks and thats when I lost the 21 in.. my scale number's aren't moving.. but I think it's my fault haven't been trying as hard as I should be.. I wish I could get the lbs moving too lol

I've just been reading your diary and, you know....... it looks like we've taken a similar journey --- I had that almost exact same experience last year... hovering between the high/mid 70kgs, dropping down to mid-60's and back up again and so on. It's crazily frustrating isn't it!!!

I'm aiming for exactly the same weight, 55kg ... but still have a long way to go ...:blush5:

I'm a bit confused cos on your ticker it says 18 lbs to lose and yet it looks like you weigh 123 lbs, which is practically 2 lbs away from 55kgs.

Sooooo maybe I'm being thick or something. haha.

Well done for all your hard work, and losing all those inches !!!

Thanks for writing me back...
I am around 55, 56 kg... I want to weight...... 45 kg..... (unless I look better when I am at more weight)
I am very short.... so even at 55 kg... I am really fat....
Ow.... I understand what you mean... that 55 kg was just a mini goal for the next week...
I have mini goals for every week... That keeps keep continuing the journey and don't save losing weight on the last minutes and fail myself... Just setting mini goals keeps you informed how well my weight loss journey is and what things I can change for the next weeks... =]

This is day 1 of the challenge.. but I didn't do very well... Hope tomorrow will be better... Good luck to you too! =]

First week, 2 December 2008: 141 lbs, 64 kg
9 December 2008: 139 lbs/63 kg
My weight goes up and down. =|
16 December 2008: 137 lbs/ 62.0 kg
I bought a digital scale! =]
23 December 2008: 136 lbs/ 61.5 kg
30 December 2008: 130 lbs/ 59.1 kg
6 January 2009: 130 lbs/59.0 kg
13 January 2009: 127 lbs/ 57.7 kg
20 January 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg
28 January 2009: 124 lbs/56.3 kg

3 February 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg

Yup, I gained weight again. I haven't been watching what I am eating the last few weeks. I ate too much. I know it, because I feel it on my throat all the excess food I have been eaten. I even went to a chinese restaurant for a few weeks the last two weeks. Although I didn't ate that much there... the food is all oil and fat. WHOA~!~! Now I think about it. I hope to get back to my journey again. I will count my calories from now on and try to do more exercise. I hope to lose 2.4 little lbs, so I can be 55.9 kg. The 55 kg (121 lbs) seems such a long journey. But I know it isn't. If I just get back to track.. I know I can lose weight in stead of gaining weight. Come on... just keep control on your eating..... We will see next week if I can reach it.. Bye for now..
25 February 2009: 123lbs/55.9 kg!!! really!!
I kept looking on my scale and going to the toilet more to lose some weight... I know it would be water weight.. but I definitely lost fat weight.. Just need some water weight lost to hit the 55.9 kg.. to motivate myself. *ahem*
4 March 2009: 123 lbs/55.7kg
I could lose more.. In the beginning of the week.. I lost too much. Didn't eat much. Ended up that I was very tired. I didn't feel well, so just ate junk food. Didn't went to the mall for a few days... Should be today. I think I gonna go to mall every Sunday or Monday. I will count every kcal I ate.. Writing the wrong total kcal kost me some lbs.... 54.9 kg (121 lbs) next week pl0x!

I think like you said the best thing to do is count your cals and watch your food...CHinese Food is horrible for the body, too bad it tastes so goooood!!!I really want some I need to figure out where i cna fit it into my week without it affecting my weigh in for the challenge!!!

I believe exercise is key or well goes hand in hand with diet, ya wanna loose and push yourself to loose more you need to eat as clean as you can and exercise, you dont really exercise now right, so once you start doing something Im sure your body will respond...

Even though your end point seems so far away...just keep on trucking along with little changes and once you get to the 55kg re-evalute:)

Thanks for passing by.. I forgot to copy the last two weeks in to my dairy..
But what you said still makes 100% sense.
I should motivate myself to exercise more. I think it's lots of fun. I also believe I will lose tons of weight if I combine diet and exercise.
I hope to have some runs at home tonight.
